Jasmine Star Wants YOU to Audition!

HOLLA! Jasmine Star is back on creativeLIVE April 27-29, 2012! This time Jasmine will be exploring The Making + Marketing of an Editorial Wedding.

Here's the scoop... If you sign up to watch the workshop online, it will be broadcast for FREE during the LIVE event!

If you'd like to audition for the opportunity to join j* in person, here's what you need to do*:
1. Make a 60-ish-second video explaining why you want to join Jasmine and creativeLIVE for this course in person.
2. Post the video on YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook, or your blog. 
3. Tweet the link to the video to @creativelive @JasmineStar and include the hashtag #jasmineLIVE. 

That's it - easy peasy! The deadline to submit your video is Monday, April 2, 2012, but don't wait that long because the more time you give Jasmine & JD, the more time they can really understand who you are and why YOU are the best fit for the Seattle studio audience!

This three-day event will be packed with how-to and tips for wedding photographers who are ready to shake up their business. In addition to lighting, posing, and technique, Jasmine will photograph a bride and groom, and a gorgeous wedding set up that'll facilitate a live demonstration how to photograph wedding details, elements, and moments with an editorial flair.

The workshop will also address how Jasmine successfully submits her work for national publication and include discussions with editors on how photographers can approach a wedding day to maximize their publication opportunities. If you like taking risks, untraditional posing, and finding dynamic light in any situation, this course is for you. Be prepared for a smashing good time as Jasmine dissects her photography, online marketing, and teaches you how to create a fabulous experience before the first click of the shutter. You will have a lot of people sending in videos for this contest. I am sure there are tons of people who would look at this as the opportunity of a lifetime. I hope you will keep us posted on it.

 

Making a video as part of a contest is right up the alley of a lot of people and then there are other people who would never do it, now you could do it?
