New creativeLIVE Website

If you haven’t already noticed, today there is a new website to enhance your creativeLIVE experience. We’ve made a number of layout and design upgrades and added several new features. Browse through the new features and please let us know what you think. Here’s a brief overview of some of the changes we’ve made:

Homepage

There is a new layout for the front page of creativeLIVE.com. From this page you can easily peruse new upcoming courses, the most popular courses, and most recent courses. The first thing you’ll want to do on the Home Page is register. If you already have a username and password be sure to log in, in order to access the new features. In order to get to know your creativeLIVE community a little better, we encourage you to upload a profile pic and add a link to your website, Facebook page or Twitter account.

Course Catalog

The Course Catalog is now easier to navigate. We’ve organized the workshops to make them easier to find. You can now search by keyword, topics, instructors, date range or by creativeLIVE schools. We’ve also made it easier to find our upcoming workshops by placing them at the top of the page. This will help you keep track of what’s coming up and make sure you are enrolled for the ones you don’t want to miss. Another new feature on the Course Catalog page is the easy accessibility to all of our Special Offers.

Course Pages

The Course Pages have also been revamped. One of the best features is the new thumbnails for each of the video sections. They give you a better feeling for the course than our previous title links. We’ve added tabs to the Course Pages that include Content, Reviews, Conversations (that pull from our new forum), Gear used in each Workshop and our new Special Offers section where we offer great deals on two-course packages.

Forum

The Forum is a brand new feature we’ve added to the site. This will be your place to share ideas, post clarification and follow up questions about workshops and have discussions with others in the creativeLIVE community. You can discuss anything ranging from courses to gear, from business to software and if you’d just like to Lounge we have a place for you too!

LIVE

Check out the LIVE tab and you’ll see we’ve added a countdown timer with the hours, minutes and seconds to the next course being aired.

This is a quick rundown of some of the upgrades we’ve made to the new creativeLIVE website. The site is still in BETA, and you may discover a bug or something not working quite right.
