When will the files for this course be ready for download?
I e mailed them in the week and got the following reply : Hi Lee,
Our editing team is working on making that available. While we do our best to make the videos available within a day of the LIVE broadcast, it can sometimes take up to 3 business days for all of the videos to be available for streaming or download.
We appreciate your patience as we get the remaining segment on the site.

I got the exact same reply for some of the missing video's... Obviously their editing team is not work fast or hard enough.. {{cracks whip}}
Excellent courses and content, however with the last course I purchased, Ben Willmore, the downloads were available next morning in the UK. I thought the problem with Lesa's downloads were possibly due to technical issues in using a new studio, there were a few problems with video freezing. When I purchased the course CreativeLive did say that the downloads will be available in 1 - 3 day's so everything should be available today, maybe this is why there has been no communication from them. I have found that the response to my emails from support has gone downhill.
I also have purchased many courses from CreativeLIVE, and think they're great... but this is the second course recently (same issue with an extended delay in making downloads available) that's had this problem. Matthew Jordan Smith's Working with Models had the same issue. My frame of reference is the many other courses I've bought before where the timing was much sooner... I guess I'd be a bit less concerned if there was some communication about this coming from the company. Also, it's a little troubling for me as a regular buyer: is this the new standard? Hope not. Otherwise, the quality of information is great!
I have purchased many courses from CreativeLive. They are a fantastic organization and while I am anxious to complete my downloads too, I know that they will do their best to get the full set available as soon as possible. There must be some technical difficulties that are delaying the release.
Same for me. Using Layers to Adjust Lighting video is still missing from day 2 and nothing yet for day 3....
