I've been waiting days now to watch these. Has anybody been able to view theirs?

Their customer service emailed me back yesterday....these videos are coming from NYC to Seattle for editing, so that's what is taking so long. And, although I didn't get to watch any of the live workshop, from what I understand they may have mentioned this sometime during those two days. Either way...we just need to be patient, they'll deliver. :)

A note on the order page or when you click to view the video on the status would be helpful. I think we are all a little disappointed with the lack of response from customer service..

I did get to watch little bits. My time difference made it a little awkward. What I did watch though made me purchase. (Which is a first for this types of thing).....I'm just so eager to watch them :-) ok patience is a virtue I suppose.
