HTLM5 Updating

Do you think its worth the effort to switch my website over to HTML5 completely? Or should I wait a little longer?

I think mobile - iPads, Android tablets and mobiles, are really taking off, so even though HTML5 is a little raw, I don't think there's any point in waiting - quite the opposite in fact.
