Speedlight Beauty Dish

Does anyone have a recommendation for a 22" beauty dish for speedlights, or possibly a speedring adapter/bracket to fit a studio strobe speedring for speedlights. Possibly a paul c buff speedring adapter for speedlights. Any insights will be helpful. Thank you.
