What size bands should I buy?
I ama woman in my 50's and I currently exercise with light weights.. What size bands should I buy?
Confirmed with Kelly for the course you need to order (1) #4 band and 3 lacrosse balls.
A single and 2 to tape together.
Order Mobility pack #2 & add two lacrosse balls for a total of 3.
One is included in the package.

I have the same question. I'm a 30 year old male, work out 6x week.
Shawn-- You want the same bands a #3 blue and a #4 green band. You can purchase both bands and a lacrosse ball if you search for mobility packs on the Rogue Fitness link (the link for the bands) The different resistances are used on different areas of the body.
You want a #3 blue band. #4 green band are used in some situations.
You can add a green band at a later time or purchase both with your lacrosse ball.
klyons, Rogue's site lists #2 blue, #3 green and #4 black so we have a mismatch on the numbering and color you've noted above. Can you clarify which bands and whether we should go with single bands or a pair?
Brian--
Use this link http://tinyurl.com/ax79nbn they are packs Kelly put together. It has different options for getting bands and lacrosse balls together. Any medium band will work.
Getting both bands you will have the 2 bands that Kelly uses with the MWODs. Different resistance bands are used with different elements. A single lacrosse ball and 2 that you tape together will give you 2 other tools that Kelly uses on the MWODs.
You may need to cut and paste the link if it goes to an error.
I double checked it and it is correct.
Thanks, Klyons.
The link in the course content was leading to the monster bands page rather than the mobility packs page on Rogue's site - that's where the disconnect was for me.
This is the link you are looking for.

(i'm not affiliated in any way, I just use the bands and lacrosse balls here in Australia)
