Our growing Engineering team is seeking a Front-End Engineer who loves to work with HTML, CSS and JavaScript, and has a never-ending appetite for learning new things.

As part of the engineering team, you will be forging a new frontier in learning applications and have the opportunity to get in on the ground floor of an exciting company and talented technical team.

Qualifications

• Strong HTML/CSS skills
• Excellent JavaScript and jQuery knowledge, with knowledge of application frameworks such as Express as a plus
• Familiar with a CSS preprocessor such as SASS
• Aware of mobile applications and familiar with responsive web design techniques
• Experience with source code control systems such as SVN and git
• Basic knowledge of graphic production tools such as Photoshop for image resizing and optimization

Responsibilities

• Work in a cross-functional team of developers and designers to deliver a complete user experience
• Develop functional prototypes in HTML/CSS/JavaScript to demonstrate and iterate on creative concepts in an agile fashion
• Code new design and product features, and refactor and improve on existing parts of the user experience
• Contribute to the continual improvement of our design and development process
