A 2014 study conducted at Leiden University found that mindful-meditation led to an increase in innovative thinking and the generation of new ideas. Yoga has been said time and time again to aid in developing the right brain. Not only does this boot artistic creativity, it may also enhance our ability to see the big picture and find surprising solutions to difficult problems. In today’s world, stress can be all-consuming and can be detrimental to creative habits or the creative process. Even the most dedicated side hustlers should take time for self-care and wellness.

That’s why this summer, CreativeLive is excited to kick off a new partnership with Alo Moves — your destination for the best yoga and wellness classes, offering thousands of classes with world-class instructors.
