What a day! My goodness, It really has flown by. But then we've been energized again. Uh, what a day, Tamara, Thank you for You know, we talked about the concept of this so long ago, and it just you have lived it. And that is how you started off the day saying I didn't used to be this person. I had my Diet Cokes. And so we all have been able Teoh relate to that. And I thank you so much for that. I want to also thank all of you out there online on the Internet for joining us here today. You are the reason that we're here. You are the reason we exist, that you are the reason we keep going. I want to thank our studio audience. Thank you, guys. It's been a pleasure having you. We look forward to having you again tomorrow. And of course, a big thank you to our special guest so often. morrow for day two tomorrow. We're just gonna chill out. Yeah. Uh, tomorrow we're going to join with our nutritionists, Kathleen Putnam. It's coming from nutrition works. She's gonna come in and basically break down. Kind of like this is how it's actually working. We're gonna touch on food followings and what to know, Just kind of an overview of each and what they all have in common, which again, is what I'm more interested in. What the commonalities of our health choices on. Duh. Then we dio Teoh, we're gonna go into the light. We had to do some little slip slopping around today. Were to go right into the psychology of overeating. A really detailed walk walk through. Hey, these are the reasons we all over eat, and these aren't like some kind of out there white tower ideas. This is what it feels like every day. This is why we're doing it. And these are the solutions thes the ways we work through it on going to energy boosting ideas. We talked about getting moved on your side by brain chemistry. Now we're gonna say OK, how do we practically instill it each and every day, so that's gonna be energy boosting. Then we'll be joined by Steve Cam from Nerd Fitness is gonna jump in and he's going to show us the fitness way. Andi also talk a lot about, you know, exercise shouldn't be something you drag yourself to Dio How do we make it fun? And we're really explore that, complete with getting you guys moving. And then we're gonna close out by doing one other thing that I am going to remember if I were scheduled right now. But it's good. Yeah. Oh, building a new normal that goes, We're gonna say, OK, you just get all this for two days. It was a lot of things. How do you pull it all together in a plan for you? And how do you stay motivated? That's our clothes out and uses ways to cut calories ever. It's a fire through list similar to this, but really good notes. But that's all that's all we're done. Do you think? More action, Action, action, action and live action? Yes, and the Internet is loving it as well. Big Henry says. Tamara, Thank you so much. It took me three years to learn everything that you covered today. So imagine that in three years. Two days? Yeah, well, some of the things that really hit me today. Tamer. Where you again? Talking about coffee. Drinking, diet coke, eating every night. Ice dicho eating, drinking race. You freeze it. Ice cream, eating diet coke on the ice cream. Maybe sugar flutes afloat. Yeah, but now that those are just things that so many of us out there our crate I don't know if any of you out there are the coffee drinker. Diet Coke in the afternoon. A glass of wine at the end of the day, sitting on the couch like we talked about this morning. Yes, Um, but then when I saw that energy that I saw you looking at the juices, the juice was coming out and you were talking about that craving, and I thought, Wow, could I really do you out there want to crave those healthy foods just like we right now, Just like I crave the smell of coffee in the morning. Like craving that. And I want that and I dio, but I know that it's gonna take hard work on my part because you don't just, like, wake up one day and say, OK, I'm done and everything has changed. It is those small, actionable items that we need to put in place, but not what, but not terribly hard. We're not terribly hard. You have to. You have to make that shit and you have to decide to Yes, your I'm not saying it's not doable. It just that you have. You have to make that shift. Love, love, love Tamara Lackey!! I have been a fan since I bought her book on photographing children years ago!! When Creative live sent out a survey at the end of 2012, asking what we wanted to learn and which instructors we wanted to learn more from....Tamara Lackey was my first choice :) So when I saw the series of classes she was going to be teaching, I signed up right away (wow! that is a huge run on sentence haha) Anyway, Balance between home, family and running my business is always something I have struggled with. So I am sooo happy to get to learn from these courses!!! Tamara is so down to earth and caring. I learned a ton of information to help me feel better and take care of my body. I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and Psoriatic Arthritis two years ago. It has been a very painful and trying two years or more. Trying to find the right medicine, one after the other. I finially found two medicines that take some of the pain away, but I still have days that are really tough. So I am willing to try anything. This course on Health has taught me so much that I can try to help my body to be healthier and happier, and finally get my energy back!! I have watched a few of Tamara's photography courses here on CL, which I loved. But this course really highlights Tamara's amazing energy, AWESOME personality, and fun teaching style. I'm watching the replay 2 1/2 years after it first broadcast, and I love this so much that I've watched it twice today!! Tamara is a wonderful example of living a healthy positive lifestyle....such an inspiration! I have added this course to my Wishlist and will be buying soon. THANK YOU TAMARA!!

I am so glad that I took this class. For a while now, I have been contemplating a change in my lifestyle as far as my eating habits go. While I had changed some things, like cutting back on meat products, we were still going to restaurants 2-3 times per week. This course was really the kick in the pants I needed to take control of not only my eating habits, but my family's too. I've already started to journal our meals and am astonished to see how much sodium and fat I was putting in my body. Tamara and her guests were able to provide a wealth of information about food and exercise. I really liked the no-nonsense approach towards food. I liked that all types of lifestyles were presented, from vegan to paleo. It was great to see that simple exercises done every day can actually be easy, and something I'll enjoy doing with my kids. Thank you so much Tamara, her guests and the creativeLive crew for putting this on! It was an honour to be a part of the audience!
