Juicing with guest Drew Canole

Hello, special guests. Things is Mr Drew Cannoli, my special guest author of a couple major Amazon bestsellers. Like a top. So juicing Recipes for vitality and health. Yes. And then train your taste to trim your waist. Which, by the way, is how I found you. Really? Like I saw that that sounds cool. And then I was reading I'm like, This is really good. And then I went to your juicing vegetables page fan page on Facebook. This is huge. And then I found you on fit Life TV, and I was watching, like, the Monday mindset and all the videos. And you, like hundreds of videos like almost 400 have an incredible team that helps us all this. So then and so then I found that on. But I heard about juicing your life. I think right. Juice up your light up your life TV also available on fit Life TV and so you have a lot going on. But your I think very interesting, having followed you and your posts and a lot of interaction you have with people is you absolutely live the fact that you are transforming yo...

ur transformational specialist and that's your goal. And that's what you want to do. And I think you exude that with your energy. And I'm so glad you made the effort to come here and join us today. Thank you. Well, thank you for selecting me to be here, because I know you had some really, really powerful people in this show. The fact that I'm here says a lot, so thank you for that. We should have for 20 seconds. We'll pick it up later. So you ready to dig into this? Yes. Yes. On. And then without giving anything away, just a hint. There may be a surprise. There might be a surprise happening later in the form of I'm gonna tell you what, but somebody might walk out with it. All right? That's always a That's it. That's it. That's enough. That's it. I gave nothing away. All right, so let's get into this. Yes. No, we're juicing today. I wish you guys could see this. People that are watching this from home because on this table, it's so much energy. So much life And the vibrance. I mean, we even had a couple of people in the audience tell us how vibrant this table Waas And they say you are what you eat, right? Well, im gonna say you're not what you eat. You are what you absorb. So it's all about what your body is able to break down and really consume. Yes, and I'm gonna tell my personal story a little bit later, but I want to tell you about some of the powerhouses that we have on this table right here in front of us and these air like my best friend. You guys, I look out here and they fueled me. They feel thousands of other people in our community and they could do the same thing for you. So take, for instance, I meet even even the cucumber. One of the things that we use in our base of a lot of different juices has a lot of silica in it. It's silica is one of the most important minerals for anti aging. That's why they put it in spot water. You know, you see, people put cucumber on their eyes, different things like that, and it's insanely hydrating. Somebody once told me that there's much hydration is one cucumbers like three cups of water, a genius So why not juice it? Right? So the cucumber, I mean, we're not really gonna be juicing Strawberries and blueberries, but blueberries is an example. Are loaded with some of the best fats on the planet for you and each one of these vegetables and fruits. Have a signature. Have you ever heard of veggie signatures? I didn't. Just like nothing. No, no, no. Have something like that. Well, if we take the carrot as an example loaded with beta carotene, if you mix it with a good source of fat, it turns to vitamin A. Vitamin A is amazing for your eyes. They've done vision studies on this. And if you break it in half, what does it look like to you? Looks like Pac Man. A little bit cool. Our tree I gave me the hit could see that, right. That's amazing. So every vegetable, I mean, Mother nature is amazing. Has a signature in it. So let's take example for celery. Celery is amazing for your bones. Absolutely. They've done studies on this, and it kind of looks like that. Right? So And this is another base. I mean, you can use cucumber and celery is basis and all this stuff is absolutely amazing. Cilantro. Another farmer. You know, another thing in the pharmacy. If we look at this, this is an anti inflammatory thing. Okay? Yeah. This parsley parsley is this. Sometimes I get the two confused we tasted parts list issue taste that personally. I used to always think when I got partially that was the thing I left on my table. It's amazing. Oh, yeah. Like a decoration. Yeah. It looks just like Sandra Good at cleaning your kidneys and building your blood. You see, when we can build the blood, we can cut down on the inflammation in your body. Obesity? It's not about obesity epidemic in America or the rest of world. It's about an inflammation epidemic. So if we can feed our bodies the necessary things to really build the blood and cut down on that inflammation, it'll change your life. One of my favorite things is tumeric. If we get the slide here, you got there in charge in charge you got Okay. So tumeric is amazing at cleansing deliver, which obviously is the most important thing in purifying your blood. It speeds up healing, and it's, um it's anti inflammatory, right? And that's like the superstar of America. Two murders that both you could say. It depends on where you're from. Yeah, right. What's interesting is a lot of the foods that we're talking about anti inflammatory that are coming up are things that aren't commonly used. Yeah, in most kitchens. In pretty much 95% of kitchens. Yeah. Okay, So we love to America Little Ninja trip, our ninja tactic. If you're sitting at home, take a little black pepper with it, and with black pepper and tumeric combined, you can get it in powdered form. Or you can get it in the root vegetable at whole Foods or another natural food store. It makes it 10 times more potent or even more so activates it activates eso by pairing certain fruits and vegetables. You're going to get a lot more out of them. So understanding those pairs, that's something I learned to from you was when I first started using, I would just kind of I've got it. I'll juice it and to start altogether. But the way you pair makes a difference totally 100%. I didn't know that there's certain things that you don't want to mix together, right? You know, and other things that you dio as faras juicing. You know, a lot of people in one of the biggest misconceptions of juicing and probably people already writing in about I don't know what they're asking. But what's the difference between juicing and blending? Yes. So the difference between juicing and blending is one take. This is an example in one of my mentors, Jake or Ditch told me this once. He said, the body is a human juicer, and if you think about it is everything we eat has to be juiced. So if you think about what 90% of most Americans eat and probably the rest of the world at this point, we're eating things that are almost impossible to juice, like cheeseburgers and bread and process food. And, you know, the cookies with snacks, the different treats. Think about it that going through a juicer I mean, it sounds kind of silly, right? Well, your body has to do the same thing. Ah ah, blend when you blend something when it has to do. And this is the same thing. Is your your digestion basically blends it up so it works it. It abstracts all the fiber from it, and then it has to pull the nutrients out, which is a process that takes about 2.5 to 3 hours When you juice. It's real simple. You drink. It goes through all of your digestion out. Three liver in your bloodstream in a matter of about 15 minutes, just like slams. So each cell on the individual level if you want to talk about cells, because if you have a healthy cell and you're giving all the nutrients like a super new train, upload that that individual cell than the rest of yourselves going okay, I want some of that, too. And then the more you juice and, um, or you do these types of things in your lifestyle, more energy you're gonna have for their cells. So you can start, you know, eradicating some of those things that you were working through the diseases of the different things that you may be contaminated with. So it's like backing the example that I like to use its like backing a power pickup truck up to a power plant and getting supercharged when you start juicing grindings a little different. I love to blend. I do both. Yeah, I'm an advocate of both of them. I think this is the king of the kitchen. And this is the queen of the kitchen. Not to make it a male female. Yeah. Not to make it a male female thing. Yeah. Yeah, I like both for sure. And sometimes I'll actually you've seen somewhere. Videos make a juice, put it in the blender, and then put in avocado and put some coconut oil, cheese seeds, your seed oil, cold pressed seed oils. Amazing as well for your healthy fats. Mood boosting. Awesome. Yes. And and it depends to a lot of this. Depends on your metabolic type. So depending on how you break down different things I know you guys were talking about different diets earlier. Different followings? Yeah. Even the root word of diet is die. So you want a lifestyle, and that's what we do. We want a transformational lifestyle, something that's easy for you to do every single day. And this is a core component of what we dio. So everything on here I mean, let's jump right back into the fruits and vegetables Because I think you guys, I'm watching you and you probably want more information in regards to that. So the apple is amazing. They say, What an apple a day keeps the doctor is a doctor away. Yeah, I knew the end of that one. This is one of the most detoxifying things that you can eat. So if you think it works while eating it, I mean, it's it's amazing for juicing it as well. Plus, if you have little ones, you have kids. They want to sweeten it up, especially when they're really young. You're not going to get him on the hard stuff like Teilhard stuff. You know, it's funny, actually, because I've got three kids and we started with just apple. Then I started apple carrot. Then I did carrot apple like in terms of how much was in there and then added Kale. And now they drink. The kill cared up all the time, But yeah, I couldn't started with hard stuff. I had to give in the gateway through the gateway fruit. Yeah, apple is the gateway fruit, and I love apples. So and and obviously, if you eat them raw, you get the fiber, but this, too, and gets a lot of people when that difference being juicing and blending. As you explained a lot of people, well, which one's better? You can explain it all of which one's better and the answer is they're different. I wouldn't say one's better than the other. I think they both have their place for us and what we've experienced at metlife dot TV isn't working with transformation students giving them juice in the very beginning to really flush out and let their bodies heal, allows them. And you talked about results earlier here. This once you start seeing results in a transformation, your fueled to get more results, you're motivated. You like six. I quickly like it's not just like it feels good that you have more resolved. You have more resolve. You start taking pictures every day. You're like, Wow, my body is just changing in this whenever I look like in this dress. Oh, I guess I do. Yeah, and what's cool is is once you can express Dominion in the physical, and once you see that in your physical body, what areas of your life do you want to express our demonstrate over. So is it your financial life? So this is like or is it? Your spiritual life is your relationships that you have and it all starts. And we talked about this this morning. It all starts with your health. Because if you're not healthy, then what are you? You know, you don't have the energy to put in those relations. It didn't matter what you're getting if you're enjoying it, so you have to be healthy. And that's what transformations all about. So let's talk about the lemon. Okay, let's pull. I've never had a conversation about a lemon. Can we go right here? The lemon. This is exciting. This is one of my favorite things to juice. Yes, because it is the most alkali zing fruit on the planet. Okay, the lemon. It's amazing at cleaning out your liver. It's a detoxify rare taste. Amazing. I mean, if you don't want to, like, put all the fruit in there because a lot of people are like, You know what? I don't want to put fruit in my juice. How can I make it taste good? Yeah, Well, lemon is something that can offset the flavor of kale. broccoli of the beet greens during things like that, right? So and also it hydrates your lymph system, to which, if you're sedentary, you're not moving around a lot, which we talked about earlier. People need to move mawr. This helps you move your limp. Your limp doesn't move on its own. So one thing you can do is juicing lemons. Another thing you can do is take a shower and go from hot to cold, hot, cold. Or, if you have the luxury of having both pools like a hot tub and a cold pool, you could do a cold plunge to really stimulate your limp. But a lot of people start getting sick when they're not moving like that. Just right. Hot, cold, hot, cold Does something to keep your limp system going. Moves. It's OK because you're heart pumps your blood. Your lymph system is locked, and unless you do something done, lock your limp and that's one of the core fundamentals of your immune system. Right? So you want to have a strong immune system. You wanna have a strong lymph system? Yes, right. And I'm not a doctor, by the way, guys, I'm just telling you also still have a doctor. Tons of books, you know. And I'm an advocate of good health. So But that's kind of what we want is we want what? What people who didn't used to always have because you didn't have the healthiest lifestyle the world about that? No, not at all. Like what? How do you stumble into what changes things? Whether you decide to run 100 a couple 100 miles or start transforming other people or just be able to make it today? A lot of energy. What is it? And it's these things. And you didn't either. I mean, when you started, you were uppers, floppers, processed food. She does, you know, lots of Diet Coke. Yeah, and then you had this thing that happened. We'll talk about it a little bit later, but we'd like to call it the Identity. So it's the why, and it's your identity. So having a why that makes you cry in transformation or something that's so from overwhelmingly powerful. And most people never get there, so they never change. And if they do change, then they go right back to the way that they once were because they never were in that state. So if you go there in your mind, then we can create a lifelong transformation. And we'll talk about that Absolutely. If you want it. We don't have. I do. I really, really dio cool. So the beats you want to talk about the beats? Yes. You know, the first time I saw these like this to juice, they scared the hell out of me like these air creepy looking, the B and they're awesome. What do you like about it? I like that I like the deep flavor. Like when I'm just saying especially taking a few days of just using nitric oxide is one of the things that the beats really good at. Producing men in particular over the age of 40 need to be concerned about how much nitric oxide they have in their body because it starts to the minutes. So beet juice is one of the greatest things for that. They've done studies in the Olympics by every you know, they did a study based on Olympic athletes drinking a leader of beet juice before race. They did it for like a week. I don't know the exact study, but I have read it before and literally by drinking beet juice. They improved their time for a long, long endurance type stuff. So beet juice is like a performance enhancer. Yeah, without all the negative side effects. Right. So it's like a It's like a steroid. Yep. It's great for your blood. And as we get back to signatures again, Yeah, like if we look at the beat, what does it kind of look like? Art. Right. And you have all the valves. Yeah. Wow. Really does crazy. Yeah. So that's the beat. And it is sweet. Beats are one of the things that do have a lot of sugar in them. So we're gonna use that in a second. Fennel and iron as a man like, I want juice a lot of fennel because it has a lot of thinking, saying, as you give it a little more swagger now. Yeah. So there's a lot of estrogenic things in here. We had one woman right into us, and this was it's kind of comical, but she wrote in and she's like, Hey, I've been juicing fennel every day, and I gained a full size of my boobs. Really? Yeah. Final has been linked to, You know, that kind of thing to a lot of notes being taken fennel. And I guess that kind of goes to the signature too, huh? Interesting is interesting. You gonna hit me the cabbage over there in the lettuce, Romaine lettuce. A lot of people that are having trouble, you know, they're being hungry all day long. That never satiated. Well, romaine lettuce actually has a chemical in it that sends a trigger to your brain and says you're full and satisfied. Satiation visits were so huge. Yeah. So it's a satiation food. That's why I love to juice it. I love to blend romaine as well. A real simple ingredient to blend up. A simple smoothie is just a little bit of kale, romaine and 1/2 of a pair with some water. Yeah, and it's a green smoothie. It was so easy to make. I never thought that there's much to these. I thought it was like iceberg lettuce. And then there totally different. And now you know, right? Iceberg lettuce has very little nutrients, and especially that's not organic. Yeah, just basically drinking water. Right? But this stuff that's powerhouse. Yes, it's loaded cabbage. They've done research on cabbage. It's great for ulcers. So it's got a lot of vitamin you in it. Yeah, and so we love the juice. Cabbage. Red cabbage is amazing as well. They have a little bit of different flavor. But we love cabbage. A blend. Make a sorbet with red cabbage in the vita mix. Really? Yes. Really, Really, really good. You ever make sauerkraut? I don't. Okay, I will now. So, sauerkraut with cabbage? Yes. You can mix different things in there. I love fermented foods. Fermented foods are amazing for healing your gut when you want to talk about got healing. You know, a lot of people aren't getting the right mineral absorption. A lot of people are vitamin D deficient, and it's not because they're not eating it. It's because they're not absorbing it. So getting back to the absorption thing, right? So if we can heal the gut, which juicing really, really helps get all the nutrients that you need, and then we can start to do the fermented foods. Overall, your health is really, really gonna come back. How much do you juice today? I do, too. Juices a day typically sometimes this one. I do a green drink in the morning and that gives me massive amounts of energy. I'm talking. I don't need caffeine anymore. I used to be, If you look back at my life Just three years ago, I was dependent on having a cup of coffee every single morning. I was the guy that you talked about. Yeah, right And independent. As if you didn't feel good without it. I don't feel good. Yeah, right, right. And then, by the time two o'clock rolls around, I'm like, You know what? I need another cup of coffee. Right then I have another cup and my adrenals were all like Drew. What do you doing to me? But now that I have a green juice, it's like, amazing. So here's what's interesting about the idea you mentioned Alkali, alkali, zing, elk analyzing say that localizing actualizing. What's interesting to me and I think that to about cucumbers is that when you get your body in more of that state, you actually crave less acidic things. 100% and I didn't know that did attend a just fast. My husband. I did one together last year, and I was amazed how much my my drive for wine and coffee dropped. It wasn't Cecil before. 10 days a lot. That's a long juice fast. Yeah, that way. I think I like I missed the chewing, but that was it. We got a question. Yes. Quick question for you, Drew. How long this is from Rasta. How long does it take you In the morning? 10 minutes. Okay. You need a system, everybody. What does your system? You want to see the system? I want to see a system. What's the name? Russia Pasta. Rasta Rasta. You need a system when you do this case. Because if you don't have a system, you're gonna fail. So the way that I like to do it and you don't see it set up like this, But what I do is I put it in bags. You know, a lot of people do this. We have what's called the l for reset. So it's a five day juice cleanse. We put everything in bags, so it's real, simple and easy. We'll put a little bit of cucumber in there. Maybe 1/2 a beat tumeric we don't have on the table. But salary a little bit of apple and we make enough for one recipe. We put it in the bag, right? You kind of preset pre cut pre, set it up, and then you wake up in the morning, you grab the bag, you bring it to the juicer. And normally what we do is we put a bag in the back of this so you don't have to clean it, right. Once the bags in here, you can just empty the bag out your compost pile. You can make kale chips. You can make poll burgers. You can feed it. Teoh animals. Yeah, totally. They love it Or stew. You can take the puree and put into Stu's freeze them. And and then from fiber Tuesday. Thanks for bringing up that one. Yeah, I forget. Like you're welcome. Dog biscuits, Dog biscuit. Have a recipe for that. Um, it's basically take the puree and add some flax seed and I add a little bit of oil and then a little bit of chopped done. Eso y greater So So every morning you have that bag, you juice it and I'll show you how easy it is to use this thing. And then you get a brush. That's really easy to clean the inside of this. So if you look at this juicer, how tight that somebody wind this. Let's see here. So it just has to really parts that need to be cleaned. You have this internal thing, and then you have the basket. Okay? The difference between this juicer and every other juicer that's out there is it actually has a little edge here that's patented. So it allows you to actually juice greens. Ah, lot of these centrifugal juicers that are like this You can't do screens. They made this one so that you can. Yeah. So, like the Omega and the Green Star and the different juicers that you see out here, they have twin gears that press it. Those are a lot. I believe this. Those are a lot harder to clean, but they serve another purpose as well. Like with those juicers, they don't oxidize this fast. And oxygen ization is the process of We'll show you right here. So if you look at the apple, you see how brown so it's starting to lose nutrients. So what you want to do is drink juice, right? away. So in the morning, Rasta. As soon as you make your juice, drink it while you're cleaning it, and then you have your nutrient upload for, you know, the whole day. Really? If you wanted Teoh, you put enough stuff in this thing, and that's more than most people get in a whole week. So what happens is is after, get that nutrient upload and we'll talk more about it a little bit. You start, you stop craving. And we mentioned that before all of the foods that are bad for you and you start loving the food that loves your body back. Yeah, And I actually don't think that many people know that when you start really maxing out on the next got his juices like today. I don't mean like, all day long, but you have just make a double batch one in the morning and then save the other in the afternoon. You really do your That's part of what, true, trained your taste buds. I mean, outside of the steps that you go through, but I mean it again. It's lowering your own resistance to change simply by how you put things in your body how you how you eaten, how you drink, absorb. And you talked earlier about writing, like on frozen stuff. If you make too much, you right on that, you put in the fridge. So you have systems in place that allow you to be successful in healthy, right? Right. That's that. You know, what type of system do you have for juicing at home? I actually, by a ton of it. Pull it all out, throw it all in a huge colander on, deduce the heck out of it, get like, four juices out of it. Just kind of run a bunch through andan that. But I could see us separating it into the green bags, which you can get that reuse and stuff could make it way easier. Just grab and go. So simple. One thing that you could do to because some kids like, really like the sweet fruit juice. And then others may like the kale and, like, the green and the different things. A little bit more. The chlorophyll stuff. So what you can do. And somebody posted this on our facebook page at juicing vegetables. They took the green juice and put it in one container. So a big Mason jar, like 32 ounces, Yeah, and then they just all fruit. They let the family mix and match what they want. Genius, that's pretty cool, right? Yeah. Yeah. So and that makes sense. So that something like that cause it's fun to watch the flavors, the colors mix. That's nothing to my kids, Like that little sunrise look of like a beat, you know, love juicing. They dio more than people think, and they reference, like how to get my vegetables. You can knock out several servings of the stuff in. Most kids, naturally, like intuitively, will choose better stuff. Yeah, so it's really on the parents out there that are watching this. You really have no excuse for feeding your kids bad food because your kids want this good stuff. They want to grow. They want to supply all the energy to their cells and really not just survive but really thrive in life. So we got to start giving that to our kids, you know? So you want to talk a little bit about kale? Sure, let's talk like kale. The new beef kale is the new beef. There's seven different types of kale. How ridiculous is what it's like. Number one guy. Ever. Right? And there's so many things you can do with it, even outside of juicing. I mean, you can make kale salad, Kale, chips, so many good things. I love making kale chips. They're actually one of my favorite snacks. And I could never say that Back in the day, you know, I love things. Like back in the day. I probably have things like Cheetos and welcome to stuff that was bad. Everybody loves whoppers. Whoppers had tons of msg in it. Who even knows? But I kale chips air Real simple to make. Yeah, I just take these. Put him in the food, dehydrator the oven at a really low heat, put some sea salt. Maybe just a little bit of olive oil. Put a little bit of ah, you could even put coconut oil on there if you wanted to. A little nutritional yeast. Throw em in the oven. You have kale chips. I've heard you obsess about coconut oil you put on your face. You put your hair everywhere. I mean everywhere. Yeah, well, coconut oils. What happens is and we I didn't do anything that time I have, ah, era Veda. Or she's real close friend of mine, Alicia Diaz. And she has a bunch of transformation clients come to her that Aaron into Ara Veda stuff on by putting oil on your body. You actually maintain more water, so you stay hydrated. More skin is the largest organ. So if you do that in the morning, that's part of my morning ritual. Now, I want to tell you too many details rubbing coconut oil all over my body. And but, uh, that's what she recommends. And your energy will go through the roof because you think it is true. I recommend that you do this now. Not like that, but, uh, yes. So when you do that, you're hydrated. You have more energy because the whole country is in a state of chronic dehydration basis. I agree. That's why you drink a ton of water, right? Let's have some water. Now let's all take a water break. Water break. We're watching you. All right? I want to see a juicing juice me up. Let's do this. We went through pretty much everything we have out here. Yes. So let's talk about juice builders. You mention him before. That's what we call him. Okay, so let's keep that over there. We don't get juice on that juice. Builders. So things that have a lot of liquid in them. A lot of hydration. Things like cucumber, right? You get a lot of liquid out of that carrots, you get a lot of liquid. And I was shocked the first time I started using. I was like, I have, like, 14 carats. Yeah, it's a lot. So you can get a lot of liquid out of celery sweet potatoes as well. Sweet potatoes. Yeah, that's actually kind of creamy. Add juice. Sweet juicing. Sweet potatoes. Real good for your skin. Yeah, College in production. So, celery, carrots, cucumber. These are all the things that you can use to get a lot of liquid. Yes. So when juicing, you want to pick a good base item and beats to write and beats. You get a lot of liquid to E. I don't really use them just because of the sugar content carrots. Some would argue with me. That's a carats. Have a lot of sugar in them to you can kind of we'll go back to the analogy. You kind of get away from these sugary fruits, the more alkaline your body is. OK, so once you get into a state of while, I'm really digging this juicing thing. Start to cut back on the carats, start to cut back on the beats, the apple and really go for those greens because that's where you get the most bang for your buck. Also, get introducing totally that deducing vegetables, pages like rabbit. I've never seen anything like it. It's crazy. We have some really cool people in their little post. I like juice. And nine million people say Like it way had some questions about the benefits of alkali zing. Yeah, what talk about what was that? What does that mean? In trainer tasted trim your waist. We talk a lot about toxic taste buds, so toxic taste buds air when your body is in a state of a citizen. So ah, lot of people are in that state. They're eating food that's not really hydrating them. They're craving certain things. They're starving themselves nutritionally. And when I say that they're getting enough macronutrients. So things like whoppers cheeseburgers over there, you need enough calories, but they're not getting enough micronutrients. So micro nutrients are found in everything that we see here. There's really small fighter nutrients that are gonna go in those cells and give you the energy that you need. Most of the time, they just eat the macro, which expands the tummy, gives them more toxins in the body, creates more obesity and more information. So in a state, when you're localized, you don't really crave those things as much. You have the right nutritional load that your body requires question. You did. You did. And I think along because you imagine it like if you check your hot tub right way Had a hot tub when we lived in California, cause that's what you dio when you're careful. What? You have a hot tub. Andi pH Balance was basically between acidic and alkaline, right? And you had to make sure that a certain range is the same thing in your body. On dso what? Seven at 87 Sure, you're good. Still not a doctor, Compean. A stick to Have you ever tried to know Mitt here to test your own to see if your alkaline you can pee on one of those right little strips, right to know I'm probably not going to commit, but, um, the interesting thing about that is when people say, like, Yeah, I know that's a good idea, but I just I just don't want that. I don't want to do that. That doesn't I'm like, No, not right now. You don't It's again. It's it's It's back to everything we talked about this morning. If you proactively change the way you consume with the intention of getting your brain chemistry inside with the intention of getting your body chemistry on your side, then you do start to crave these things. And you stop craving the stuff that always tells you, you know, like I used to have, what a day three of juicing. I was just like a normal enjoy glass of wine, you know, several nights a week and sometimes to pass the line. I was like, Now I thought that was the thing that I missed. Now, like I not miss it, I had no interest in at all. Oh, and even afterwards, like now that I'd use a couple times a day every day, it's really changed that it's not that I don't like wine, actually enjoy a glass of wine. But I don't ever feel like black really using right now, which And I've had that feeling a lot. Well, and we talked about this this morning to But when you're drinking wine, you're creating an altered state that makes you feel like you're more of your authentic self, right? Yeah. So when you're juicing, you're actually giving your body what it needs to feel that way all the time to feel like you're You have energy pouring out of you. You're able to be a conduit. You don't have to find some way to get it. You are. You create that? Yeah. It's like it's like doing cocaine to get your dopamine levels going. Exactly. You don't have to do the cocaine use. Eat bananas? Yes. Same thing exactly. All right. So getting back to the builders What's your favorite, by the way? You like cucumbers, mawr, celery, cucumbers, fan. So let's start with this. We're probably gonna need to chop this in half. At least like that. Maybe. Let's cut it. That ever got the proper should not hold it that way. You want to cut it over there? even simple. There we go. All right, So you go, you go lengthwise. Why? I just started in lengthwise, Teoh. All right, There you go. We're that should work. We may need the knife Appears. We'll see. So let's get another one of these. Let's make enough juice for the A live audience. Did you say the alive? Lithe. So it's simple. You just put it in. Right? So all these veggies have been washed. What the hell? Because of if I don't? Bythe certain things you want to use that are organic. And there's certain things that you want to stay away from if they're not. Yeah, and you can go to the dirty dozen. Look up The dirty dozen that mine. Did you hear that doesn't Dirty dozen is a listing of the most dirtiest person vegetables and not like, in a hot way, like gross, gross. What we have the other day, we, uh, breakfast this morning, that seems like 100 years ago. Grabbed an apple and you realize it wasn't It wasn't going to get to the top. You know how much stuff is resides in here? Was like, uh, more often than not like if it's not organic and it has really, really small skin like this, all the pesticide seep inside the whole thing. Yeah, So if you're juicing, what matters to get And if juicing so powerful and it goes in through your digestion out through your liver and your blood stream into that little cell that fast what to do when you're drinking pesticides? Yeah, Yeah, which is again. We already decided we don't mind spending for organic because we'll save money in the long run, not to mention the whole feel good, healthy thing. And I just think you have more mental clarity when you have stuff like that, you know, for mindset. So the effect of pesticides in our body has not been fully explored. It we don't really know. No. So what do we got next? Let's put So we're building a builder. We got cucumber. Now we have enough base for one person to have a really, really legit green drink. But let's add a little lemon to it as well. Yeah, we're gonna elk allies it up even more. All that juice so that and let's add, you can always add a little carrot or celery to this one as well. Yeah. So let's add a little bit of carrot OK? Anymore. Yeah, You can be another one. Beats attacking me. We got a feed our live audience alive. Any other thing, too? When you start using regularly and you start seeing that you actually have such a visceral response. Like a body response. Like can we could, like, feel how that makes you feel, e I notice it. I notice in her hand She's like, she's looking at the juice and, like, really think theme. What about like the fruit aspect would have usually is I really don't use a lot of fruit. You can I stick to mainly greens. You know, if I'm gonna have something sweet, then I'll have the beats, the carrots, different things like that. But I nearly always has 1/2 for full apple, a little apple and they have to, but certainly for the a live audience to make. Let's do it way. Don't make it too tough. Way Have somebody come up in haste us way. Have a rapid fire response. Okay. We need to come over there. So have you may have enough for a few people So what would you think this tastes like? Maybe save this. Yeah. I mean, it's not the prettiest juice, but I know. Let's give her a full cup. Come on. Come on. There's more than what you asked what you think it would taste like. Okay. Um well, it's reminding me of coffee. Just cause of the color that's not got, um I have no idea. What do you think? Most people, when they look at the verticals there, like vegetables and a juice. That's disgusting. My first thought when the very first green drink that I had on like, this looks like swamp water. You know, I'm never gonna drink this. But it was the effect of what I had afterwards that kept me coming back for more. And then you start developing taste, and then I had a taste interesting. And then you start seeing food is nothing but just, you know, nutrients, really, and an ability to gain more energy and feel better every day, like yet to me. Like, the idea of eating a meal that isn't gonna provide me of something that gives me more is like a waste. Yeah. All right. So let's see because she's she's going in pretty hard. This is the car courses. Yeah, it smells like cucumber. Yeah, just do it. Do it. Drink, drink, drink. I've never chugged a beer. I'm gonna tell you don't want to chug it. You want to treat your juice So you're anything the enzymes, and you break it. You choose your juice with your really good swish it around, let your body start breaking it down before you actually taste. Mostly cucumber in it. Mostly cucumber, Which is a nice calming taste. Yeah, all right. But I can taste the sweetness of the apple two, which is not cool. Do any questions from, uh, the peeps when some people were asking about with the lemon on the other things Are you including the peel the skin? People were saying that they had heard that a lot of the nutrients are there. Yeah, if it's organic, definitely. Just throw the whole thing. And if it's not, then you wanna peel it. She's officially liking it more as she said. She's like in it. She wants more. Yeah. All right. I'm afraid we're in a time. I want to keep cranking. Okay. Cool. Yeah. Thank you. Thank you. Enjoy. You guys want try? Just jump up here. And Graham, if you want Drew, we had another quick question. So what are the benefits of juicy and versus just eating all of this raw, Similar to juicing and blending right. If you're eating raw food than your body has to break it down still yet the digestive. If the rip apart, the fiber to get the nutrients that's in it with juicing, you immediately get it. So you feel a difference? Our live audience here, they don't know it yet, but in about 20 minutes, they're gonna be like, What the heck did I just drink? And it's it's long withstanding energy, too. It's not like that, you know, coffee that you drink, and in two hours later you're like and I need to know that's constant. It's like this even flow of energy. So that was one of our builders. We want to talk about another builder real quick, too. Yeah, okay, way. Get the little There it is. We need that. Oh, here, all for this. Chug it. Yeah, again, I name this section magic elixirs because that's the first thing I thought I want to start drinking. Thinks I'm like, What is this magic elixir? It makes it. I didn't expect it to feel so consistently. Good. And once you get into it, you can start adding some really cool stuff to it. Like I take herbs and I add something. My juice. If I'm feeling a certain way or I want something in there, put a little while the Reagan oil and your juice to get like the tumeric pills you were talking about earlier. Yeah, you could get tumeric powder. You could put that in your juice if you don't have a route to juice as well. Yeah. So what do you where you're putting in there now? Hillary. Hillary. So we're putting celery and celery. Definitely one that it pays to invest in organic because it could be kind of scary. Dirty. Exactly. And the cool thing about celery is your body is loaded with bacteria, right? Your body's everybody's is in your gut. You have good bacteria, which is flora. Right? So you need to feed those little bacteria. So if you really think about it, I talked to a very wise man once. He said, Drew, you're not feeding you. He goes, you're feeding the billions of bacteria cells there in you, so why wouldn't make sense to give them what they want. And then you become, like, more selfless when you eat thistles, Free family. You know, you go a little overboard at times with this stuff, but eso salaries one of the greatest things for feeding those guys. So just to bring that up there, and I like it if you're the type of person that you want to eat a lot during dinner because you starved yourself all day long, eat celery before you have dinner. sticks of it. And then But by the time dinner comes around, you're not Half is hungry. Yeah, I feel great. Forgot, Celery there. We're gonna put a little more cucumber in this one as well. We have done the kale yet. Yeah, we're gonna have some kale and can't come really really differently, right? It's a lot of different looking pale. Seven different types of kale way had some fennel. Okay. Again. Beautifully prepared. Nicely done. Yeah, it looks great. We had some finalists panel taste like black licorice. I didn't know I liked it. It's awesome. It's so cool. Refreshing. Sounds like an ad. It's so cool. And I sponsored by Fennel again that in Africa now that's only signature. I see. So Kale's another thing that doesn't give as much juice as you think. But it's really a couple. Really? Yeah, exactly. Yeah, greener it is. The more chlorophyll it has, right? You knew that. Yes, I do, actually. So chlorophyll is what helps build the blood. But just and I'm sure you've heard this question, people will say, Well, I don't think that I'm really getting much from the jail right now. It's just its power and its very potent. You smell that right now. Waffling or wavering, these wavering Think it's wavering. Let's cut this in half. So we have fennel right here. You guys, this is kind of cool. I wish you could smell it at home. A lot of people it goes by in isa's. Well, I think they call it, but it smells absolutely amazing, almost like black licorice working. And it can really create a unique taste in these juice recipes as well. You haven't smell. It's worth it. Smell test. It is, right? Yeah. You don't know that actually juice garland to you? So good. What? You guys think she's a fennel cook? Really? Very nice. So a little bit more fennel here. That's my juicing. I buy things I used to always leave behind. I didn't You see before. Like I never about partially I never bought beats like this. By the way, guys, if you're in there wondering like what kind of juicer we are using, this is a J Cordage Power grind Pro again J cordage Power grind Pro. We're gonna put your friends. You mention my friend Jake. Yes, we're celebrating his 90th birthday. Wow. He looks a poisoning. DOJ. Yeah, he looks amazing. He's totally like on fire. It's got so much energy and passionate enthusiasm when he talks about juicing. Yeah. You guys ever seen? You know Jay Corniche is Have you seen him online on TV? No, You have to look him up. We got a couple. Yes, we have some fennel. Let's not put up some beaten this one? Yeah. When that people can experience this Syrian a quick question on how do you know how Like serving size? How much student would you use for one person or two person starting out pride. 12 ounces is good for one serving, but a guy like me, like once you get into it long enough, like 32 ounces. Sometimes I drink like 42 ounces of juice. I know whole Foods and some of the other grocery stores are now selling bigger cups of it because you have to look at it like a meal. All right, so if you're having a juice, it's a meal. You don't have toe eat anything with it. In fact, I prefer you guys. If you're gonna do this, do not eat anything at all with it for at least two hours because you really want absorbs much of the nutrients as possible. Yeah, when you do it and so do you. Just keep putting vegetables. And until you have hit 12 ounce t control ounces and most juicers have a little kind of ah, look at 16 ounces right there. So this is my meal. This would probably be enough loaded with nutrients. Look at that green in there. Yeah, see how the kale's kind of just something that this could be a really, really good you can tell. It's a particularly awesome. Kale totally started gaining an affection for your vegetables. Don't you do a lot of affection for your vegetables? I love him. Well, this will just leave it at that. So interesting fact about the beats you ever gonna do subete There's actually more nutrients in the greens of beats than there are in the actual beat. So I'm gonna make this really And that's the other thing. By the way, juicing is an incredibly efficient thing in that you use all the stuff you don't look for a way so that the beet leaves the broccoli stock. My favorite part to put in there. I got a heart for you. Ah, the broccoli. Stop calling Normal chop Akali far. And I do not fire rice a lot. You guys so good? Love that. But then, no, I would throw the leaves, you stand on stuff away, and then I put in a bag and I thought producing bag and I just kind of use the stock instead of stuff in the juicing. So it's really efficient use of almost all the vegetables normally toss. I'm gonna let you try this in a second. Okay? So what did you see your way. Put a B B in here. There's no fruit basin it? Yeah, we want him to try it with just the right way. We're not afraid. We're gonna put one more piece in. We'll be ready to rock and roll just like that. Look at that rent. Yeah. Again, this is the thing with juicing and kids. They love this. It's like painting, like all these things coming together. One thing that I really like with fennel beats is garlic. You conduced garlic. Absolutely amazing. You wouldn't think so. Do you taste it? But you, like, used to like the flavor of wine. Yeah, I like to think of that like No, I still like the paper. I just don't need it anymore. That's what's different. And that's a huge difference. All right, well, thank you. Different. We have a juice recipe that actually tastes like wine. What is that? That's like part of it. You're like, Yeah, it's in the booth. All right. There's a ton of book that recipe with, uh, and those juicing recipes on the down low to its loving that you hear that? Here we go. You want to watch beats in tumeric you guys because they contend toe stain you. Yeah, yet? So we got a little cup here. Who wants to try this? Is that what we got? Hands. Everybody wants to try it. Oh, look at you with the official Storer, right? Look at that chardonnay. Is that Is that the one? The wine wonder is that? Just looked a little bit like it are namer live. You don't drink enough. Oh, yeah, That looks like a cabernet or something. It looks like in 1997 Napa. It's good. Okay, So, first off, what do you think this is gonna taste like? If you didn't know anything at all? Somebody handed this Teoh grape juice grape juice. Okay, let's see what happens. See, what's it taste? Good. So it's not a real strong flavor of anything. It's just refreshing. Yeah. Could you drink that every day? Absolutely. This is less pretty than I know, and I don't put in half an apple, but here's the thing. You take one or two sips like question about fiber. People were wondering if they've heard that inducing You're throwing away a lot of fiber. Is that the case you can do certain things with the fiber you could throw in a compost pile like we talked about kale chips, flax crackers. You could make it the fiber. You competed to your pets like dog biscuits. Different things like that. All right, so there's tons of stuff that you could do with the fiber. You're not wasting the fiber. Yeah, really easy thing. Just a home is just throw either, either composting on Ben, You re contributing to your future crop of vegetables or throw them in a just as a black bag in the freezer and there's pull amount from his dues. That's really nice. Yeah, props on that one. Wait, no, no rocket. Put it so bad. Let's put a little ginger in here. What that's like. It's a very warming thing. And if you look at Ginger, Ginger is great for pressing out toxins out of your body that you up, they use it a lot of different things. It's using a lot of like, man, I'm looking for signatures that looked like a hand like a claw. Like a like a claw isn't for circulation. Yeah, yeah, totally. I love it. She's like looking at the rest of this stuff Know what's going on? You know, now I'm like looking for it. So we put a little more ginger in here, put some cucumber. So see what he's doing is switching halfway in is making it something different. Yeah, you can change that flavor. You guys can get that total way. Talk about returning taste size trap. Just like 10 minutes. 10 minutes. There's always 600 clue by way, because I wanna I wanna talk about training your taste. Yes. Here we go through there. And then I also want to show them my personal trainer. Here we go. So this is what happened with me, you guys. When I started juicing as around 17.2% body fat, I was lethargic. I didn't have a lot of energy, and quite frankly, I didn't know how I had a friend. He was already transformed. You look like a fitness model like, how is this kid doing? It was eating all those macronutrients I was eating the things that weren't the food that wasn't loving my body back. So when I started to juice it radically shape shifted What I wanted to eat. And that's that's what it comes down to. It comes on making a choice, so you start choosing healthier food. It's not always a hard decision every day. No, it was the way it becomes so easy. Like I don't even have to look at coffee anymore. And that was something that I was dependent on to even start my day. How you feel like a slave to it. You never want to feel like that. So the moral of the story is I started juicing once or twice a day, and my body absolutely loved. I was doing the same thing in the workout, just lifting weights every day. Obviously worked out in those pictures, and I was able to transform just like thousands of other people that we've helped transform along. And what about mood changes? Like, How are you before versus now? Like now you seem to be really study. Really? Study? Not like real erratically. Steady. Good, though. Yeah. Yeah. Now, mood changes, definitely. You know, there were times when some mornings I'd wake up. You know, I was depressed. I lived in Michigan at the time. To so gray skies, like eight months out of the year, is ineffective. his order seasonal, effective and And, you know, when I started giving my body the right kind of nutrients, a lot of that stuff just went away completely. Like I don't even think about that anymore, you know? So you have to start looking for the food that's gonna give you the right mindset. That's gonna give you the right the right energy throughout the day as well, and it all comes down to, and this is probably actually more important than the train. Your taste like the steps to do it. It all comes down to your identity about why you want to do something. And we talked about that. So if you're watching this from home right down these questions real quick because these are very, very powerful questions for me, The question that I asked myself was, Why do I want to transform? And most people some clients come to me and they say, Well, I want to get a six pack. I want to do this. I want to do that. That's a very vain reason for transforming. You never want that. You know, it's a good side benefit and you'll notice that as well. Once you start to change your body. But the core benefit for me it was I wanted to be, like, seven years old. And I imagine myself out in the field playing with my grandchildren, you know, throwing the football around and having longevity, having the energy that I've always wanted in my life. So you have to think of something bigger. And then beyond that, it was I wanted to change the world through bringing this type of information to you guys. And that's what we did in the identity process. So why do you want to do it? And then, secondly, in 90 days from now, what do you want to look like? 90 days? What do you look like? What you wanna look like? What do you want to feel like? Like, really get present to that feeling that you're creating days from now? What does that feel like? You know, Do you feel like you have more energy? Do you feel like you're ableto work more effectively? Teoh, spend more quality time with your Children, your kids or whoever else it may be, you know? And then another powerful question is, what do you want to hear from your friends feedback to what you want feedback to be. So think about that. You know, write down what you would like to hear from your friends after you make this transformation, because the more real you can make it present day right here, right now, the more that's gonna come together. But if you don't have that sync up. If you don't really understand what it's gonna look like or how you're gonna feel or what your friends are going to say, then you're never gonna transform. And you're gonna probably go back to the way that you were once you dio is what is what is the friends part matter. The friends part matter because we're social beings, you know, I think one of the biggest diseases is isolation. Now, no people feeling like they're alone and you don't have to feel that way. So when you start to invoke the power of your friends and what's really, really powerful in the transformation process is to actually I'm just going to scroll through these. You don't have to look at these right now, but when you start invoking your friends and you declare it like a lot of our transformation students do. You're going to notice that it becomes much more powerful. People become inspired by you. They want to transform because you're transforming. We've had 1000 literally thousands of people on our fan page post pictures of their before and after pictures of what juicing has done for them, so that juicing is a tool that we use to transform. And this these are absolutely incredible pictures. Here's Jacob right here. Looks like a completely new person, and it suggests choosing it's a juicing and obviously working out juicing and the effects juicing has on what the choices you want to make. Exactly. Yeah, yeah. So he was kitten. She's down over £200 row kittens Rocket. I talked to her a few times. Absolutely incredible. So my buddy Eric? Yeah, if you noticed in my picture, we took the picture on the same day. Oh, that's funny. So we started doing the same things, and then we transformed you, took up a shirt, photograph each other. I'm blessing. Here's Victor. Victor was actually in a wheelchair when he started juicing, so there's no excuse if you're sedentary. If you're disabled, you know if you wait 455 £100 it doesn't matter. There's no excuse with this. Anybody can do this. It's funny cause when you say there's no excuse, I feel personally sensitive that I feel like a little cringe like, Oh, don't say that people have. But I mean, I guess if the truth is the truth is there's always a way in some. Yeah, there's always a way you can do it as long as you believe that you can do it. And it all starts with that identity that we talked about. Yeah, So these are just all things that people probably Facebook page. These air, Yeah, some of them are transformation students of ours. Others air, you know, pictures that people are posting to others. It's a community of inspiration, and that's what you guys air creating here. You know, everybody that's watching this, they want to be inspired. They want this education. They want to implement everything that we're giving him today so that they can really make a difference in their own life. And the significance of the juicing is because it's easy for somebody to say. So I'm gonna drink a juice that's the whole deal, but it's not. It's all the constant. It's everything else. Yes, is just a tool, You know, if you watch some of our more videos, it's It's online set. Yeah, it's really, really online set. If you go there in the mind. Obviously everything else just takes care of itself. And what do you recommend to people in terms of like in the book, you have this whole thing about retraining your taste buds. Obviously, this is a big part of that. What else? So the identity is a huge part of it, declaring what you want and then going there. Um, let me just flip through those records. So the same suit to cool. Yeah, right. So that's part of it. And then it's about slowly introducing the foods that really, really love you to get that in supercharge nutrient upload that we talked about. And once you start doing that consistently, even if it's just once a day, you have a salad in the beginning. OK, and normally you didn't have a salad. It's a micro step. It's a micro commitment. You write it down, your post it, you share it with your friends soon enough. You're going to have a public accountability. Yeah, you're gonna be having a salad twice a day. Okay. And then maybe one of those salads happens to turn to a juice, like two weeks later. The problem is, most people set their January goals. You know, New York New Year's comes around there like I'm gonna do it all. And then they start doing it all. By the time two weeks rolls around, they just quit because they didn't have the willpower nor the motivation to really stick with it. It's hard to sustain the whole radical life change. Absolutely. So it's small steps mean for you. It was pretty small steps for me. It was well, I failed over and over again. You know, I would I would eat clean all weekend, and then I would for two days in a row. I just eat as much junk food as I could. Was that on purpose or just lost? You will. I just lost my willpower on the weekend for some reason. So I was stuck in this rigmarole of wanting the body that I really, really wanted and not having it, because on the weekend I would just fall apart. Right? So it all changed when we did that. Now we do have something called the Deferred Binge, which you probably read in the book as well. And that's a time when you can actually give to yourself once a week for an hour. You can eat whatever you want. One hour. OK, so it's a treat. Our we call instead of a cheat, because when you feel like you're cheating yourself, that's a bad psychological thing, right? Yeah. So you've treating yourself one week for an up one hour per week? Yes, you gotta treat meal, and that's kind of some small aspects of it. There's a little bit more into it than that, but that's the train, your taste of trim your ways and and obviously you have a lot more detail walking through, but a very clean kind of step by step. And the expectation, of course, is when people say I'm like. One thing I've noticed is like when people say, Why don't like broccoli? I'm here, you know. But there's how have you had it made? You know, there's about 50 different ways Teoh eat the same vegetable or drink thing that you blend the same vegetable or sauteed or fried or baked dirt. Don't just say I don't like it. A lot of that. You don't like the one version You tryto. Yeah. And once you start changing your language around it, you know, especially when you start teaching your kids and you change their language. Yes. Then they actually start liking it. If you have a juice, that's carrot juice and you say here, Tim, you have a carrot juice. He's bringing carrots. I don't really like carrots. Thor juice? Yes. Yes, it's all about marketing. Yeah, so you could do the exact same thing in your life. Trees Speak to the positive, etcetera. Yes.

I am so glad that I took this class. For a while now, I have been contemplating a change in my lifestyle as far as my eating habits go. While I had changed some things, like cutting back on meat products, we were still going to restaurants 2-3 times per week. This course was really the kick in the pants I needed to take control of not only my eating habits, but my family's too. I've already started to journal our meals and am astonished to see how much sodium and fat I was putting in my body. Tamara and her guests were able to provide a wealth of information about food and exercise. I really liked the no-nonsense approach towards food. I liked that all types of lifestyles were presented, from vegan to paleo. It was great to see that simple exercises done every day can actually be easy, and something I'll enjoy doing with my kids. Thank you so much Tamara, her guests and the creativeLive crew for putting this on! It was an honour to be a part of the audience!
