Zombie Challenge 2: Brainstorm & Prototype

before we move into the next challenge, I wanted just to explain a little bit about the process. That's gonna happen now. Now, the first process, the first challenge that we went through, there was a lot of new things happening on. So we did. We did talk a little bit about this. So the process here is going to be maybe a little quicker. We might move things through things a little bit more speedily because we are aware of what's going on and who we are on. We're familiar with the zombies and their characteristics now, too. So obviously your first challenge failed. We lost a group. They got, they got pulled into the yard and avert your eyes. And now they join the ranks of the of the undead eso. Now we got to bring it back together, and we got a rally it up and get juiced again because we're gonna get another challenge. Okay, we know the situation. Our next challenge. Create a costume for one of your team members that will help them blend in with the zombies so that they can run and get ...

help. They might survive. I mean, what were going to say is that this is your model one person of your group and then maybe we can imagine the rest of you dress the same way. But you're gonna for the purpose of the process. You'll have one model, and the rest of you will operate around them like like a little busy bees. Okay, so let's begin. You have your stuff, we're gonna start from where we are now. Obviously, we have a few things up here, but the materials that you used to build your previous challenge with, that's where you gonna start. So begin the brain story in process now costumes and also choose who's gonna be the person to get dressed up Vaguely. Enemy zombies have ripped clothing way like attach like chatter tape strips to me. You know, usually usually they have, like, 30 faces that we should probably draw on your face for a one little one little glitch into the process. We're not using that coat. I thought he sucks now. Okay, way so that they don't put your heads Are the glue guns Also again. Okay, just like regular right on. Thank you. Way better. Not money way. But it all human. Yeah, actually, you know what? That's That's a good idea because you guys are kind of understanding what's going on. So if you want to move into the direction, slash prototyping feel free. So again, we already kind of know the situation. So process could be a little faster because it's not well, it's not completely fresh. I think everybody has got all set up here, so the idea is the same, but the process changes a little bit. Ah, that feels good. I take this salt down. This is good. Yeah, yeah. Yes, right. So taking more Denham out of circulation. I think it's a good thing you want some blood. Is there some? Sure. What's out Those stables yesterday zombies were people, too. What do you guys thinking about here? Is this hair I think we should go with, like, some sort of It wasn't so foul. I would say some sort of protection, like, full of things. But I don't really know if I want, like, tape that shit around you. It's for its survival, man. No, it's you know too. Eso just a gay. She gets attacked, everything ship, You know, white foam Because I looked a little bit better. This is good stuff. Oh, wow. Nice. I knew. I knew soon as you walked in the room, she was gonna get. Really What do you guys? What's your ultimate got? Some would going on. Oh, wow. That's when the office. Wow. Okay, Cool. Oh, well, I have to build a couch. That is the question slash and she they go. So, what do you guys planning their double doors on? Oh, nice. Protecting, um, just you turn on his okay. That's a technical term, actually. Really? About zombies like That's good. That's fine. Zombies aren't gonna, like notice everywhere. Well, just on your arms. I guess it's just here in one of the walking along one day Put him all over when they walked out. Oh, yeah. Smell snow, like own. It worked. It worked way scientific. So there's a proof right there, right? Like muscles. Yeah, Go. So I'm looking for you're getting a workout over there. You know what? You could cut it a little bit and then just step. Thank you. So this is where I pretend like I'm Tim Gunn. Other side. Oh, this is gonna be awesome. Touched. Well, we could have done this whole workshop just with that couch there so much would phone. Um, I almost want to protect my neck battery way real into it. Come in way. Well, that we can just step on that. You got you got a there is that other one that's this is 2 to 3, I think way. That's a good point. I mean, you should be thinking about I know you guys were just in silent thought. It's a great creation moment, remember, there's a story attached. Yeah. Yeah, we could take that. We need All right, from this also on. That's a good thing that you were just like Okay. Oh, my Oh, yeah. It z think it's flexible enough. I have absolutely nothing to say at this point is all being said. Oh, this is good. What do you do? Look at that. Oh, yeah, yeah, way. Have a theme. At least Let's Let's, uh, you know, you obviously we're in a most Some people are getting done with those of you who kind of our god, you're being assembled. Try and come up with the story scenario how the escape is going to be done that the whole thing right on this is totally a screwdriver. The rule of Canadians. No way. I just pulled it over way around. It doesn't really matter. What do you really need to see? You know, I mean, that's kind of like a zombie is like, you just hit the water around kind of aimlessly protection way right over there. What about like this? You guys have anything going on here right now for? Oh, my God, that is brilliant. Oh, yeah, Just just flip it around. What is that going to be four? Are you a ninja, turtle? Zombie turtle? What's another one house raid on C one. The zombie turtles these days. So if you are still creating, you know, since there are some people that might be ahead of you a little bit talk. I think the porridge is you guys talk her story through because you're kind of you're building. So make sure that they're and you guys to your coming up with new code sermons, for the thing is, you've got protection, which is all this. So just duct tape out. You have my source. You wanna take back way writing? That is so zombie. Yeah, that's the hashtag So zombie. Yeah, I feel like we should write something on you on your stomach. Should write something on your stomach. Could be right. It would be funny. Like I hurt humans way better. That's okay. Hold it. Look. Oh, my God, This is hilarious. So Okay, we're gonna You guys are getting finished up pretty close, OK? And you guys have your story down. You guys understand how you Okay, so we're in a holding pattern. We're gonna give these guys a couple more minutes to catch up. Oh, my God. Weapons air definitely encouraged. Do you guys have weapons? You got weapon? I would go a little deeper, Bridget. I think that's the quote. Shall I cut the hole? So you can see. So that's what happened to the table. Good stuff. Careful. Those laser. That's, um I got Are you are you covering it in your own blood? Is that is that part of the, uh, Sally's that Sloppy Sally? That's what happened. Beyonce, Tell me another great quote. Just tape it to me just right up in there. Yeah. Oh, my God. Dear Mom, I got a great job. I'm working really hard. Silicon Valley's awesome are that's close to the zombie letter. Uh,

Really enjoyed this class. Seeing the way each team changed at each stage was really interesting. Rather than learning about a particular thing like design, this class is more about learning how to think about problems and solutions in a different way.
