Buyer Reviews
1 After I overdeliver, 2 buyers tend to leave more favorable reviews. 3 And also I've noticed 4 that if I'm able to deliver the order quicker, 5 they're more likely to offer reviews as well. 6 When I offer SEO, whatever we agree upon, 7 I would add five more. 8 So if we agreed on 10 pages, 9 I would give them 15 pages of OnPage SEO. 10 And you know, sometimes buyers 11 don't know that you're giving them more. 12 What I do is I always tell them, hey, 13 I added five as a bonus, I hope you enjoy it. 14 And what I've realized is if you're offering more, 15 but also letting the buyers know 16 that you're offering a little more but it's okay, 17 that helps build retention and also builds buyer trust. 18 Fiverr's terms, you cannot directly ask 19 for positive reviews. 20 I do say, hey, if you like my work, 21 some feedback would be nice. 22 But what I've found is that if you deliver a good service, 23 typically, they'll give you a good review. 24 (upbeat music) 25 Reviews are essential to ...
a gig being noticed. 26 They build trust with prospective buyers. 27 A good delivery usually leads to good reviews, 28 but not always. 29 Don't beg for reviews, 30 but encourage the buyers to give reviews, 31 deliver a proper order, 32 and go above and beyond the gig delivery expectations. 33 Keep in mind that you will not always make clients happy. 34 Sometimes you'll get reviews under a five, 35 and in those cases, 36 the best thing to do is not to freak out. 37 You should ask the buyer how you can improve 38 and avoid the same mistakes. 39 If they don't reply, don't push it. 40 Avoid spamming them and move on to the next one. 41 Also, be very careful 42 that you don't burn the bridge with the buyer. 43 Fiverr sends out a second review after the initial one. 44 As a seller, remember to be respectful. 45 Don't be afraid of criticism, 46 and no relationship is perfect. 47 Embrace the feedback and use it to evolve.
