Photoshop: Basic Adjustments

The only thing I see wrong with this rock right here now, the one on the left-hand side is that it's a little too saturated. It's a little too orange. You could simply go back into your lasso tool again, you could lasso that rock just like this and then go into the select and mask tool right at the top and tell it to feather that selection so that it's not quite so hard. Hit OK and then anytime you have something selected like this, if you go into your adjustment tools, you can click on something like hue and saturation and just simply take the saturation of those rocks down a little bit. There. That was easy. So I'm gonna highlight all of these because I like the way they look and I'm gonna hit command E so now everything's flattened down and I want to deal with the sky.

I wish more people would present this way! Each step from beginning to end demonstrated in short, concise and useful actions. Every tool and technique is something that I either use, (now better) or will start using because I now understand how to use it efficiently. I highly recommend this course!

Finally, a video tutorial that taught me what I've known on basic level and truly explore how to use it properly and what everything means. I've been waiting for something like this for awhile now. Greatly improves my technique now so thank you for this!
