Hello. Internet's welcome to Creativelive were so excited to have you had a house and Matthew Jordan Smith in the house creativelive house. This are pre show banter. We're gonna take just a few minutes to make sure that all of the moving pieces of this live event are working smoothly. And so we're so excited to have two classes. The 1st 2 days is modeling 101 with you on a house. And the 2nd 3 are the next three days is working with models with Matthew Jordan Smith. Just Santa. And my Twitter handle is carriages. Sente and I am living in Seattle, Washington from Montana. And I'm so happy to be here. All right. My name is Katie. I'm originally from wanting living in Spokane right now. Anything probably on Twitter. Underscored. Kate, mate. Underscored so I could be here also, my ankle. All right, well, doing tell a little story about how Kate's here. Katie, I met Katie in Montana, and she was actually a waitress in the restaurant that I was at. So I basically accosted her in a very friendly, polite way and ask her if I could photograph her. So we took her up to a ghost town and shot her, shot her in the streets of Missoula. And then when I found out. We were having this workshop. We talked about it and got her to do a video submission. And now she is here. I'm so excited to have my girl studio audience story a great story. So you wanna We wanted to read off where people are joining us from today. Because we have a true global audience here. Creativelive we have. We have Maggio Bali, who is in Pakistan. Seaboards design is watching from Slovakia. Wow! Nowhere is in France. We have anchor who is watching from Hong Kong, Italy. Dubai. Tbh, this course should be mandatory viewing for all new models. A very insightful review of how it is to be a model, what is expected, what you can expect, how the industry works, what kind of modelling there is, how to deal with different types of photographers, catwalk, etc. Everything they should know but often need to learn the hard way.
