Give yourself about 30 minutes so that you have time before and after. In this plan, I use a block. Ah, bolster and a blanket. If you don't have a block, you can also use the book. The same thing goes here, you're gonna take it nice and easy for your first time, and then you're gonna see the places in which you can build. And I asked you to challenge yourself. When you're feeling good and strong and we're feeling not so good and you're just getting through it, take all of the modifications. Just make sure you're doing your practice every single day. And for the last day, Sunday is gonna be a meditation and rest day. Practice your meditation, even if you think you're not good at just sit there. It's on Lee. 15 minutes long and just breathe. There's no right or wrong way to meditate. As long as you're doing it, you're doing it right. I'm really proud of this plan. I hope you love it. Let's get started
