I actually think that more than ever post pandemic, everything is up for negotiation. I think before we were a little more rigid. But I think the pandemic has made everything more flexible. Businesses that never ever considered having virtual work are not having virtual work. Buildings who never ever considered that they would have covid testing in the bottom are not having covid test in the bottom. So I think that now more than ever everything is up for grabs, Everything is up for negotiation. So even more negotiations to skill for things you didn't even know were negotiable now. I think everything is negotiable.
