Delivery: Options

This is Zen folio and Zen Folio is a is a really terrific tool. Zen Folio is a gallery and what a gallery is. It's not really a website, even though you can make it look like a website. It's not a website. You can use a Zen Folio site in order to sell pictures, right. You can also use it to sell E products. You can use it to sell video downloads. You can use it to deliver e products like we're gonna do today. For instance, your video will pop up on Louie's gonna make a special gallery in Crockett. Sorry. In Chicago portrait dot pro. And on their you're gonna find both of the the videos. They'll be titled You can customize the page If you like Teoh, you could customise the size of that image That's going to be on the page that now this is speaking both for Zen Folio and for Spud mug. They're both verily very similar. They're both products that I like very much, very much there about price, the same way I do find, though that then Folio does do video a little bit better maybe than SmugMu...

g does. But smugmug does offer Mawr options than Centro Leo does, too. So you have the ability to jump on into a gallery setting like Zen Folio and set up. How many pictures would you like on the page? What size would you like them on the page? How much space would you like between this? Much like your own website would do then with Zen Folio. You've also got the ability to at any time put in a menu. And that menu is a salesmen. You So you can decide when I'm gonna put the images up there. Am I gonna have a price attached to them or am I not? If you want, you can run sales. You can also run specials. You've got ways to communicate through customers with sin Foley on with with Smug Month. And they're slowly but surely getting with us when it comes to Oh, the ability to put up video Now, for instance, go ahead. For someone who has their own particular website right now, would that actually lead their particular personal website to Zen folio so that they could talk back and forth in the like I would make my own e card and say, you know, and someone just browse around on the Internet, find my webpage, and they see that and is offered as a service of something that do. You certainly could would be a little tricky to be able to send things over. But that would be one thing that Zinn Folio would do better than SmugMug. Here's why. And Foley also allows you to take it a layer. Further to that, you could say, chris Adams dot com slash hill, which would take you to a gallery page. Then you could click on that, and it would take you to another page that would also have its own static Earl if you wanted to. To which is one thing that last I checked, SmugMug didn't do so. Take your pick and choose between between smeg, smug and whatever. You do have a couple of their options when it comes to printing between those two. Right when we're talking e products, neither of them are going toe offer any viewable e product for an amount of time. They're not there yet. I've talked to both of them, and they're not what they want to do it. They want to be able to sell. They think for the photographer, seem to sell downloads. I say the last thing you want to do is sell a download, right? You don't want to celebrate it down, though. That's a big problem. So if you didn't want to sell a download, you could do it through both smuggling ends and folio. No problem. Right? And of course, great part about both of those guys. Free trials. Those folks at home. If you haven't used any of the gallery systems yet, please give him a try. They try for free, they weren't great. And you can find out and you could boost your sales like that, right? Like that. Love that. Next up here is Ah, smugmug looks a lot like Vin Fellow does. Of course, SmugMug has a couple of the different things that it does really, really well. SmugMug does work better on a tablet than does in Folio. Now Zen Folio has got Well, it's got a lot of the mobile things kind of figured out, but when you talk about the mobile platform like hitting it from a phone hitting it from a tablet, you will find out that smug log really does a better job of showing the pages better. Also selling the pages. And of course, I think mobile is everything. Mobile is really everything right off. Ultimately, we're selling our hybrid products to mobile devices. So mobile is a big deal. Yeah, questions. But it's month. Yep. And of course, here is flicker now. There has been a huge change in flicker in the last six or seven months. Now, for the longest time, Flicker has been underrated and set off. Who uses Flicker? Come on, flicker. It's just this this garbage can of just people. When you're just gonna throw pictures away, that's going to even throw away. That's ridiculous. Flicker has got a couple of great things going forward. One is the fact that you can get for free, which is always nice. The second thing about it is this. It's got plenty of ways that you could, even from the free account that you can send out and get things made me get. Prints made to get coffee cups may be a key chains main. Those are really we're told. The great things and flicker runs very well on any sort of mobile platform. Another thing about Flicker, that's really nice that people don't realize, say you're in a city and you're trying to build a brand, right? I like the fact that there's a lot of photographers that air following in my footsteps. In particular, if you hop online particulars those folks that are home hop online and Google Best hybrid photographer in Chicago, guess what pops up, Mr. Cracking absolutely, all over the place. In fact, you could take a couple of different ones. You might have been fined best hybrid photographer. America might even pop up with Crockett in there. One of the reason why is I've got a lot of different websites. Flicker is a great way to start seal Chris, you know, start seeding the Internet with your tags with your phrases with your hashtags toe. Let people know that's where they that's where they can find you. So don't turn your nose up a flicker. It's one more place that you could go, and in fact, you could put video up there. Here is one of my favorite tools video. Vigneault comes at a couple of brands, right. Video has the regular video version that you have to pay for, and you have video. Pro Video Pro gives you a couple of big benefits. One, of course, is size. You get a lot more size when you buy video pro, but you also get a couple other things that include a beautiful portfolio. Say you've got a group of five or six videos that are somehow connected with each other, and you wanted to put them in their own little sub page to almost make their own little miniature portfolio. You can make this little miniature page this little miniature portfolio by taking your vim. You'll pro account making a new portfolio, dragging the videos that you want to in there, and it's got a bunch of templates that you're able to change at any time you want Teoh and make these portfolios now. If we wanted to, we could put them both together into one portfolio. We have a brand new page. We could put whatever it was we wanted to and say This is the portfolio could be. They know if you're heading in on a tablet, you're heading it on a phone, You're gonna hit it from a television. It knows that you've got that right. You got it. All right there and ready to go. That's primarily because of were big on using delivery sites of videos for S E O tagging, for instance, we know that most devices, particularly ones that we're showing you here, can handle 20 s CEO tags at the same time. Some some devices, when you get beyond 20 gets into proper problems. Are you big into all in tow? The CEO habit and stuff? Figure they're not yet. All right, We'll think about it this way. Think about if you decide that you have a way that you want a market, your business and say you're getting into hybrid photography and you need a way to deliver your products through for hybrid photography. Well, each time you do that, you need to make a mark on the Internet. Right now. Of course, you goto hashtag way if you want to. And now you Amartya hashtag guy or not a hashtag guy. Ah, a little bit A little bit. Okay, I'm not much of a hashtag. Yeah, I get it Combines all the use of the same time. I understand the whole thing, but here's typically what what I would do when I'm going to start a project Like when we decided we were going to move our portrait business into Chicago portrait dot pro. We wanted to make sure that we had a tag phrase with that. And our tag phrase with that is Chicago style family business and talking portrait's. Now the talking portrait's part is what grabs people toe. Want to know what the heck is this place all about? So when you see that little tagline that needs to be embedded into every one of the pictures that we use So when we first of all we do is we develop those s CEO taglines, right? The 1st 1 is talking Portrait's two words, then talking portrait. It's one word and is Chicago style talking portrait Chicago style portrait. It's Chicago style talking portrait's now those now that takes up now five S E O tags. However, we use light room every time Mr Crockett pushes a button in the studio. When we make all those pictures on Chicago portrait dot pro, guess what? They come in the light room and light room tags. Each one of those right, has put a keyword on those so that their searchable well, those are also searchable by the web. Those feed into the S E O machines so that each time we put up a gallery, we put up a video piece we already have. We copy and paste all of those s E O tags in there. So every time I'm delivering a video and one of the big benefits from using creative live here is when these people who are watching this and they're gonna see each one of these pieces, they're gonna be tagged that video page that Louise gonna be putting up there is gonna be tagged with Chicago talking portrait, right? We're taking all that traffic. Great idea, Right. Great idea. Now, the one thing that we're kind of so so with is we're so so with some of the stuff that we've got to deal with on YouTube. Now, this is a piece that we just did not too long ago with the results were working with the cool look stuff on YouTube. And YouTube does have the ability to deliver of color and black and white. However, we notice that we use a little step scale there. You see that little thing right there? Yep. This little device here that's called up. It's called a step scale and that comes from well, it comes from Fuji Fuji Film used to come from Kodak, and that's made pretty much for motion picture folks. What that does is that helps us figure out things like how things are compressed and when they're compressed, what happens to them, right, because we noticed that video was pretty good about when they were compressing things that they wouldn't smush tones together. But we were finding out that YouTube was doing a bad job in pushing things together. And if you take a look at this, you actually don't see too much of a problem, right? This is, ah, brightest white that you need any detail on. And then that one's next one under and course. Didn't you get down here? That's the blackest black, and that's not so bad. So in fact, this is what I would call a positive because I can see a difference in all of those different pieces there. Right, these down here are actually colors. So if you ever wonder, how does that goofy guy like well, Crockett decide? How does a delivery platform have quality problem? How does a delivery platform deliver good size quality? Well, we use tools like this to test both black and white into test color. Now we do notice that when videos busy, it has ah little bit of a difference than when it's not so busy now. A day like today probably shouldn't be too busy, right? Could be a lot worse than that. It is there today, so let's take a look on the page that that we have. This is the hybrid photo dot pros delivery piece for four videos. Sorry for YouTube. This is our YouTube channel, right? YouTube has the ability for you to group things together. So let's talk about how we're gonna deliver E products. Let's say that you've got a syriza V products. Let's say you're doing Ekkehard prose. Let's say that you decide that you don't have the budget to buys and fully over to buy any of the other pieces I got you. Well, you know that you can reconfigure YouTube toe actually look like a bit of a web page. You know, there's a handful of different templates, if you will, from from YouTube to be able to put on top of whatever you want. And it will allow you to while you change some of these things here, right? Like, for instance, you've got all your different playlists, right? The different channels seeking offer discussions. We Unfortunately, we have to turn those off on the on the Will Crockett network because we get way too many knuckleheads that pop in there and say way too many things that they probably shouldn't say right way. Always judge it. If you wouldn't say it around your mom, don't put it on the website, and that doesn't help out. Well, this is just an advertisement for one of the pieces that we have, but what you get to do get put that big banner up on the top them. That's really nice. You've also got the ability to share with Google, plus in to share with Facebook. So hybrid photo dot pro has its own channel. That's how we drive the website, right? But there's no reason that you can't drive your E card sales Yuri card pro sales by using YouTube. It's totally possible. Is it the best way to go? Oh heck, no, it's not the best way to go. But is it a really way to go? Yeah, sure is. Take a look at this. This, in my opinion, remember, there's a difference between fact and opinion. This is the best way to go Full transparency. I did in the early parts of this project. I did help develop parts of this system. It was not being used for photography, it was being used for something else. And when I saw it, I said, Whoa, that technology is crazy. I said, How about using that for photography? They said, I'm not quite sure. That's kind of a big deal. And I said, Well, how about find an investor that will help us out with that? And that investor happened to be me. So I I decided that I'm gonna work on that. So at risk of sounding like I'm trying to sell me something that I own a piece of, I am not trying to do that. But what I am trying to do is ask you to give it a try. I think you'll find that when it comes to delivering e cards, mine car dot Pro does work the best when it comes to on WiFi. And when it comes to being on the three g four g network, that's the way to go. Cape Big Plus, when it comes to my car dot pro, one is the delivery. Quality is very high. Next the buffer time, the time that it takes for you to click on my car, got pros slash whatever it's going to be. And by the time that page loads up and by the time that that video is is ready to go, it's buffered enough that has the play arrow on it right is four seconds or less, pretty much all the time now, unless you have a really slow Internet speed. But when you're talking about three G four g, well, you're in in an airport, some more nice and busy. You'll see it's four seconds or less for that to buffer up. That's important when we're selling those e card pros to those professional sales people. The only place that we're putting those on is my e card. Got pro. Why? Because it's gonna buffer up fast enough. Plus, it's gonna have that big plus at the end that is at the end member. It pops up, pops up with those those bonds back buttons. It says. Would you like to email me? Would you like to add me to your contacts? Would you like to call me? Would you like to visit my website? Those bounce back buttons on my E card Akpro make it worth all the dough in the world, right? I do believe if you just want to buy one, it's $9. I believe if you want to buy a subscription for 1000 tickets, bucks, whatever it is, if it's it's Dan Foster. If you buy it, you decide you don't like it? That's my website, and my website will put in the e card. However, do I use it for a primary delivery? No, I don't. I will. Typically, if we're gonna dio remember the pretty picture that we did of Sky. Remember that pretty little girl? Yeah. That photo session that we did with Mom and Sky after we do that E product, we always ask Mom. Hey, would you like that e product put up on thes and folio account right up on your gather because they don't know what's in Philly. We just call it a gallery, and they say, Yeah, we just make sure that we let him know that once we do that, they'll lose that the interactivity buttons at the end. That's the only thing that they lose. Everything else will be fine. Cross will play the same, but that's the only thing that they lose right. So that's like pretty much a selling point with, I guess, with service providers way we can put it somewhere else. But you won't get those bounce back buttons. That's right, as opposed to going through my car. That's right. Okay. And those bounce back buttons. Boy, those are huge, buddy. It was a huge number. We talked earlier about the souvenir companies say you have an event and you want to have a souvenir of that. Those bounce back buttons can allow you to actually go by photo. Say, that's say that. Say that I take my niece to go to go to Disney World and all of a sudden I come back with this really cool video of me and my niece and let's say that my mother in law thinks that's really cool, but there's no way that she could deal with the video on her phone. You know, she's got that little phone for old people. He's got the big buttons and stuff it does have photos, so she could She could buy the photo. She could download a photo, I guess if she wanted to. But let's say she wanted to buy five by seven. Well, the nice part about playing that video, it's got goofy on it. It's got those bonds back buttons and says, Hey, would you like to order a picture of this? And there's four or five pictures. So you click on that boom, you get 45 pictures, get to fill in your credit card. You can use pay power that we want to buy those pictures. That's what's changing the photo industry. So as photographers were going to jump in front of it, right, you're here. You're learning that you're on top of this. You're with us right now. You're getting it right. You're doing this That you were your Are you part of your business plan? Right? You want expose a little bit of that with us today? We're still in early stages, but I mean, man to call the action at the end. Man, we get these legacy small businesses see in the video, get in touch, hire me, learn mawr services.
