Before we get into the funnest part, executing on your content strategy, I want to tell you a story about a previous employer of mine, National Public Radio or NPR NPR is free for the public to listen to, but about once a quarter they run a pledge drive to collect donations from their listeners. Social media content is similar to this. Your primary focus should always be to provide value to your followers, but once in a while it's okay to sell them something actually more than okay in this chapter, I'll show you how to do both.
