Now let's talk about how to follow people, and you really want to be following people in your industry and within your marketplace that have similar audiences. We talked about in an earlier video, commenting on people's pins to be able to get exposure in front of their follower base, and in order to do that, you should probably be following them to see their pens. So what I recommend doing when you're on your account page, you can click up here and collect followers to see the people who are following you, and you can choose to follow whoever you like. That is following you, but it's not really a strategy. You don't need to follow people just to get followers like some people suggest on Twitter. What I suggest is actually searching out people and choosing to follow them selectively, and when you click on the top right this following, you will be able to see people who you are already following. the top right, you can click on who they're following and see all of those people so you simply click on follow of any of the people that you would like to follow off of their page now. Additionally, if there's a certain brand you wanna follow, say, I wanted to get in front of Neiman Marcus's audience, a lot of people you can go to the top search and they will show you a results and results, meaning all of the pins that have the word Neiman Marcus, all the boards and Penner's, which are the actual accounts, which is what we're after right here. So I'm going to select Penner's, and now I can choose, which is the correct count. So right here and you can see I'm actually already following them. But if I wasn't, I would actually select. Follow right there so you can search for people. You can search for brands, but this is a way to start following people to see what's trending in your industry and also to be able to comment strategically in front of audiences that are similar to your perspective.
