Stepping Into the Infinite: Creating Your Own Reality
This is where we're gonna look at get a little bit freaky, get a little bit weird. I have been a bit afraid I think to talk about this stuff on camera, and if you guys saw my segment with Gerard on Leaders Create Leaders, I talked about this on there, but for the most part, I've been kind of hesitant to talk about my experiences with some of the more, the weirder, more out-there concepts, because well one, I wasn't sure if they'd be interesting to entrepreneurs and two, I wasn't sure if I wanted to position myself in a certain way, and really what they came down to is again, like we've been discussing this entire time, alignment coming from power, and power coming from alignment, and so for me, I thought to myself, if I'm gonna continue to do this work, if I'm gonna keep putting myself out here, first of all, I can't believe that I'm here, I can't believe that I get to do this type of stuff, so if I'm gonna be here, I might as well just say what I'm actually thinking and feeling, other...
wise, what's the point, what's the point of me like having this opportunity and this platform to say stuff, if I'm not gonna say the things that matter to me, so this is why I've decided to bring this into, into Creative Live today, and I love this quote by Einstein, he said concerning matter, we've been all wrong, what we've called matter is energy, whose vibration has been so lowered as to be perceptible to the senses, there is no matter, and so when you look at for instance, this table right here, this desk, you have to realize that although it very much feels solid, and if you were maybe to crack your head against this, it would hurt, this table itself is not solid, in fact, between particle and wave, this is essentially, this is a wave, almost behaving and feeling like a particle, the frequency of this table or any material that's solid, that's mass in the world, is so slow that our senses are perceiving it as solid, nonmoving, and material, when in fact, it's actually a wave that's created in a way where our senses, because of the frequency being lowered, feel it as physical in space, and this is important, as you talk about what's coming next, but the idea is that there really is no matter, and so I've been really talking about this question over and over and over again throughout this lecture and this is something obviously you can tell that I've been thinking about, in my life is there more, is there more, and again, if you ask yourself this question, the answer categorically must be yes. Joe Dispenza, Dr. Joe Dispenza had a great idea around destiny, he said that when you stop learning new things, when you only go by what you feel, then what you feel becomes an emotion that you repeat, and you live in that emotion, and as soon as you live in that emotion, you're living in the past, and again, this is why a lot of people have this midlife crisis, and for me, I had probably that quarter-life crisis, and I was looking for that more part, I was looking for the more part of my life, and wondering if the things I'd experienced up to that point, business stuff, and relationships, and family stuff, and work stuff, and life stuff, I was wondering like what's the point of this, 'cause if you think about it, like life, although it is tricky and it can be weird, and exhilarating, and fun, I think most of us have had, I would say, 80 to 90 percent of the experiences cataloged that we're gonna have at this point. It doesn't mean that there aren't greater things to experience and there are more ways you could thrill yourself, but all of us, have had a large cross-section of the human experience, and if you had to guess what your life would feel like 10 years from now, there's a good chance that you could be able to pinpoint, a lot of the feelings you might experience, because you've already experienced so much. When it comes down to it, like mastering life, and mastering your internal personality, it's not that hard because after a while, you start to see all your patterns, you start to see what you're like, and what happens to you, and you can really start to anticipate, what's gonna happen in life. When you get to that point, for me there was a sense of dissatisfaction and I was so struggling to find something deeper than my current state of being, I was so struggling to find something, that was a little bit more meaningful than just wake up, and do my thing, and it doesn't mean that it's not satisfying and fulfilling to wake up and do average, everyday things, but I was finding that there wasn't a correlation between necessarily having more success in one area, and being more fulfilled, and I was looking for something that was a little bit deeper than all that, and so I mean, I guess the first thing I can say is that as I talk about these perspectives of mine, which are just perspectives, I am not a monk, I'm not a shaman, I'm not a spiritual teacher, I am just a normal human living my life in the way that makes sense to me, and I just bring to you my experiences, not dogma, it's just me relating things that have actually happened, and the ability to unlock this power of the infinite, this power of the unknown, has given me capabilities, and has given me access to an inner confidence, that I didn't know was possible, see, when you experience something that is outside of the realm of your previous perception, it stretches your idea of what is possible, and you then create a new category of experiences for yourself, and so, it's almost impossible to truly relate the types of transformation that you have going into the unknown, because to you right now, and to all of us, it is literally, quite literally unknown, and so it's very hard to put a categorization on what it feels like to go into the unknown, because it is by definition unknown, but once I went into that place, I found that there was access to power, I didn't know was available and for me, it was the most incredible, illuminating, joyful thing in the world, and what I found through this work, which we'll discuss in-depth, is that you're not moving towards your future in fixed time, your future is moving towards you at the speed of your intentions, and every thought you think creates something real in the world, even though it's not physical, and in this way, you actively shape the events that move towards you with those same thought forms. The future is like a cloud of potential around you, rearranging itself at every moment to accommodate what you believe about yourself and others. From this seat of power, you are truly limitless, and let's think about that for a minute, this is not just a feel-good anecdote, this is something that I've actually felt and experienced in, I talked about this a bit earlier, about the idea that the future rearranges itself for you. My experience with this state of being, this state of mind, has come in the form of essentially two gateways. I found this in two different places in my life, and the first place I found this is in psychedelics, right. The next place I found it is meditation, and so we're gonna be talking about both of those things today, and how they've affected me, and what they mean to me, what they are to me, and the information that I might be able to share with you, and again, this is not something that is purported to be as much factual, I will share some science and some facts with you as much as it is experiential, and my hope for you is that this peaks your interest. I have lots of people who will watch some of my more recent stuff and they'll be like, hey, I watched your interview on DMT, where do I get some DMT, I'm like look, I'm not the guy to be asking about the DMT, I'm just telling you that it exists, and if you're curious, that alone should cause you to do the research, and as you do more research, it will become available to you because you'll start asking questions of people, does it make sense? I don't need to be your source, and I personally can't be your source, but man, I've got a lot of people hit me up. That's not what this is all about. This is about sparking your own awareness and giving you some context for the things I've found.
