Increase Video Engagement with Calls to Action

a lot of you will be creating your videos with a mission or with a goal in mind that could be to get people to click on your website to buy a product or service to click on another video of yours. To support a cause to do something at the end of your video, you can increase conversions by adding calls to action. This can be done through editing with visuals, but also on screen. And actually when you combine a visual and audio called Action, it has the best effect. For example, if I wanted you to click on the next video in this series, what I would do is say, hey, click on the next video, it's going to teach you how to do X, y or Z. At the same time, a graphic would pop up right here showing the little video maybe with little text below it saying what the video is all about. And if you're on Youtube, you can even use annotations so that people can click directly on the video player to go to that next video. Amazing. Right. Youtube has other tools that you can use, like Youtube cards whi...

ch appear on mobile devices as well because their annotations don't work on mobile devices. And they also have an end screen tool where you can place any sort of call to action, whether it's another video, a website of yours at the end of your videos, use these tools if you're on Youtube and if you're not on Youtube or at the very least use some graphical text along with your voice and visuals on screen for your calls to action.
