Marketing

We're going to talk a little about a bit about marketing. So this is when I hope we have some collaboration of things. But I'm going to talk to you a little bit about where we market ourselves for free because just a touch on paid advertising a little bit. We do a little bit of paid advertising. We use the wedding wedding wire. I don't know if you're often there with that. It's pretty good for us. Um, we have used the not I recently stopped using the not I just wasn't getting my bride from there. I think a lot of photographers do get there. There's type of bride and their clients from there, and I think that's great. But personally, it just wasn't working for us. I think Rob's contract is up in February, and he probably won't be using them after that. But that's not to say it won't work for you in your area for the type of clientele that you're gonna get. So I feel like, ah, lot of that paid advertising. You just have to experiment with it and depends on where you are. Bridal shows. Fo...

r example, Robin, I used to do bridal shows. I guess about four years ago now, three years ago now and they were OK. There were a little bit successful. We just found that they weren't that good for us anymore when our price point got a little bit higher. And if you've seen Sal Cicadas wedding boot camp that was recently on here, he talked a lot about Brad Osho. So I do recommend looking at that. Um, Rob and I are giving bridal shows a second try. We're going to try the wedding salon, and it's a bridal show where the brides have to pay to get in the very high end type feel of a bridal show. So it's a little bit different. We'll let you know how that goes in April. You know, Um, so that's that's Ah, a little just a little bit about what we do for paint advertising. But the idea is to really market yourself for free because everybody says it's word of mouth is the best way to get to get business. Right. Okay. Well, how do you heard the mouth? You know, I mean, it's one thing. Obviously. Treat your clients great. The exceptional we talked about you know, under promising over delivering and you know that kind of thing. But there's more. You can Dio does a lot more. You can dio Thanks the social media, thanks to Facebook. All right, so movie posters You're making your movie posters, but I'm on Facebook. Easy way to do it. Um, we put our movie posters on Facebook. We like Teoh. You tagged the bride and groom in them, and then we tell them, Hey, go share this, you know, with everyone else. So we use the movie posters. I'm gonna talk about a few different ways. We use the movie posters other than just putting them up, attacking them. We use at the same day at it. Type, whether it's full, same day at it, or just a looper. And we take that we put it up on Facebook. Um, what we do with that is, if it's a looper, and I'm just gonna really quickly go to Looper. So those of you who are not on day one can see this because a lot of people really loved it. This doesn't have any audio in it. This is just a looper, and what it is is a loop of shots. Um that are just strung together the day of the wedding. It's put out on a laptop. Rob just puts it on the laptop you saw here on a little table, usually in the corner. So it's not in the way the wait staff for anything. And you just see crowds of people go over to it. You talk about creating worried about marketing. That kind of buzz at a wedding is priceless. And we love this option for same day edits as opposed to the the big presentation where you know, after cake cutting, everybody watches it because that one is just one and done. They see it once. It's awesome. And they stopped talking about They continue drinking and dancing. This has an effect that lasts all night. So what happened? Somebody walks over here and then they walk over to the right. Oh, my gosh. Did you see it? Is your video actor for his Awesome. Did you know how awesome it was? Go look. 700 people later. You know she really loves you. So you kind of create this buzz and you're teaching these people to talk about you too. Second reason, it's way easier and making a fool thing. They at it. But after you're done with this type of looper the day of the wedding, what's a music on? It doesn't have to have all the natural sound if you're just making a trailer out of it. I mean, you could put the extra effort into it, stops a music together on it and, uh, throw it up on Facebook. And now you've got the trailer on their A swell so little bit doesn't have to be long. A couple minutes if that. So that's Thea Looper. Throw that on Facebook. So now you have a movie poster on Facebook. You have a trailer on Facebook's. You can really see the way that these are starting Teoh to create a bus with a movie poster and with the same day at it, email a tier client. Nothing with the poster that users post but email the link to your client and let them post it. Because the way that Facebook has changed and you know if you're posting things as opposed to their posting things and algorithms behind it, more of their friends and the people who were their age and getting married. We'll see if they posted rather than if you post it. So try to get them to do it contests. So, have you guys ever run contests on Facebook before? Yeah. Can you tell us about it of you? Drive, find it. Might get it over. He has it right there. We had. Well, we had contests like send us your photo like we want to do a contest of, Like, who will, you know, just some interaction. To get people to interact with our page to send us something. Tell the stories. Um, And then winners received whether it was credit or photo shoots or they receive, You know something in return for interacting with us. Exactly. Great. Anyone else from contests before have all right, Does a joke counters a contest? No. Like like, you know, if you if this picture gets it's kind of a contest. If this is, if if this photo gets likes, then the client will get it for free Sort of things like that. That's a good one. All right. One of the ways that we do contest and it came from the way that I do contest my photography businesses. I hold like a best of weddings contest at the end of the year. So at the end of the year, so in January this year, all of my 2012 Brandt brides will automatically be entered. In this contest. I take my favorite image for all their because I I want to choose that and I throw them up on Facebook and then they get voted on now. When I did this last year, I just had them like it. And then most number of likes and they had to like my page first and that kind of thing. Um, the most number of likes got the prize, and the prize was a certain size canvas. Rob did it recently, where he did the movie posters and you throw the movie posters up there. Same kind of thing. Rob did actually in a much more cute way, and it was like Grand prize is you win a date night and we got them like a restaurant stratcom certificate, which is pretty inexpensive. But it gives them, like, $50 towards the dinner popcorn and wine and a bunch of stuff like that. So it's really super cute. The only thing I'm going to say about contests on Facebook, they are extremely successful. I think I grew my likes by about with the verse contest. I did. But, um, there are rules on Facebook about that. So you now you cannot use the like function as a voting method. That's against their rules. You have to use 1/3 party software, and I have not figured out which one I like. Yet there are a lot of photo contest. Their party APP software are APS for Facebook. So just make sure that you follow those rules. If you want to check out my Facebook page, just, you know, Facebook, the necessary photography. And in January you can see which app I picked, and you can copy and use that one. I haven't quite researched it yet, but good to know that there are rules on Facebook about that. You don't want them, Terry down your business page. But again, free, successful way to market your bug is another really successful way to market. How many of you keep up your blawg. Good. All right. You're a blawg is huge with keeping up on your regular work there on Lee. So many videos that you can throw on the website. But on top of that, when you do your blog's you thought your movie poster up there as well. So you can show that whole cohesive product that your you and your clients Um, yes. So the movie poster and film. And again, it's another thing you could tell your clients. Oh, you're famous. You're on my bog. Go ahead. Here, share this link to all your friends of these book little things like that, or what start to build momentum. Um, I'm pretty good with my blawg about posting. We're working on Rob. He has headphones all now he has no idea. Just that. So here we're working on that one of the other ways that I really like. And that does work for you guys submitting your stuff online blobs, places like style me pretty 100 layer cake, ruffled green wedding shoes. Um, the naughty bride. One of my bride's actually just started to really keep winning block. It's called pretty brass tacks. So pretty breasts tax. Really super cute. Online wedding blog's air becoming huge, Huge ways to advertise to your clients, and this is like finally your advantage or you guys can show your work because they are accepting films and they love showing films on their block posts. You get published on any of those walkers like once, and it will serve you for a while because people that go on to those blog's and brides like on those Boggs constantly putting in keywords and searching through block post. So I have something that was started publishing style, me pretty, but a year and 1/2 ago now and I still get increasing. I saw him on Stanley Pretty and haven't been published on there since, so I know it was just a single. So submitting toe online blog's issues because you can't get published in magazines you can kind of, but not like your real work so you can get published online on just the ones that I mentioned a style me pretty green running shoes 100 layer cake ruffled bride. But those are all really very popular ones. The naughty bride is another good one. Great likes weddings if you go to to brake lights dot com, and I'm not sure if they have a video feature yet, but to bright lights dot com is a really easy way for you to submit your stuff to for acceptance for a publication. And, um, they're really great. But the list all the really good blocks so you can go there and look into final, really good blog's, um so this is a lot about marketing for free. I would love to hear some input on what you guys have and what you guys have done. What you guys want to try, um, some things for ideas from workings. We can collaborate a little bit and get ideas. Anyone here? We already had one VJ talking about that Facebook your contest and I liked the one where you're saying, If you get so many likes, I'm curious. I don't know if that would or would not go against Facebook's standards. Probably not because you're using that like button as a tool for So I think pretty much anything you got using that third party up. Yeah, but yeah, it might be 1/3 party after or and then it's just vote so right, you know, their clients could get up to 200 votes on this and they're doing what they can do with that campus else. Same kind of concept. Yeah. Aside from your blog's, your website is a huge area where you can get really free advertisement. Um and then it goes back to how you make your website. Having a CML website, not having a flash website, your keepers, the CEO that you're using, even the images that you post or the video that you posts really important to give it a number. A name that doesn't say image. 123 it says someone so wedding. There's so many ways that you could just get organic results by just warding things correctly on your website. So that's one of the ways I just for my personal website. I just had mine made this year and army. I'm ranked number one amazing through yelp through my own website and have only like six block posts. But it's how I ke worded the paragraph and how I have the key words in the back and then the front end to match it. I'm ranked number fun and there's been people in the business for like 10 years in my local area. So amazing. Yeah, yeah, using that that s CEO. And I am not familiar with CEO like I should be. That's one of my weaknesses. I would say, um, Winter project. But that is huge, Because, I mean, when you guys want something, you know, and you need a vendor for it, what do you dio you Google it, right? It's We do it so much. We made a verb out of it for crying out loud, you know? So we google it. So being able to use Google and that hardness their engines to benefit you is priceless. So, um, you said you're number one. You track your leads and, like, where they come in, So you can you tell, like leads are coming in. Yes. I definitely use Google analytics. So before I became a photographer, I was Internet marketing consultant. Well, no wonder Florida. I go around helping businesses become successful. I need my own business because this is, you know, this is what I could dio um but I'm sorry. Just kind of forgot. What was your question? How do you track? Have you tracked them? So I Google analytics is huge, so I could see whenever I post something on my Facebook page. I could see if it's coming from Facebook. If it's coming from Yelp, then I break it down even further. I checked to see if what system software. They're using him so I can see that if it's coming from IOS, that means they're using, like an IPhone or an IPad and the kind of rates that I'm charging. I'm going for the ah, higher end clients, right? Not the one that's looking for $100 package for whatever. So when I when I'm making my website, I know to create my website to be above the fold. So when someone's looking on an IPhone or IPad, I don't want it to be Flash. I wanted to be a HTML site, and I could tell where it's coming from if it's coming from a mobile device, if it's coming from Verizon or AT and T. So I sit there and I analyze it. Oh, I'm getting more views on this page instead of this page. This is where the interest is. I want to build up more interest. So just by looking at that every day, I'm constantly analyzing the activity on my website. That's really good do you have, like a ballpark? Maybe percentage of your leads that come in that are from Google searches the majority of, well, I get about half of actually get more of my leads coming from Yelp. Okay, so that's when I thought I got to do more focus on my own blog's. So once I started doing that, I noticed that I was getting no hits from Facebook at all. So what I was doing with the photography side of it, I was putting pictures up. People were liking my pictures. Some people were liking my page, but nobody was going to my Web site. Then when I started doing is I put one picture up and said, If you want to see the rest, click on this link and go to my website I like. And immediately I started to see Oh, I got 10 people that looked at my website last week or yesterday, so I'm able to see exactly what is. I want to give him a little bit to tease them, right? But at the end of the day, I want everybody to go on my website. That's really interesting that you mention that because for those of us you know who do have online accounts with what? A wire that not, You know, they tell you to put a ton of pictures there. But I wonder if the putting it more pictures they're actually hurts us because they're not going to our website to see more. I would. I think I might experiment with that. And then one other thing I found out also Waas Um Yep. I was giving a lot of people clicking on to my website. You could see how many people look at your yelp and then people because Yelp will send you a knee email every week. That says you had 20 actions and 15 people are went to your website last week. So then I tried to support whatever the platform is. So if it's Google plus, I add stuff in Google Plus because I want people to find me a ghoul. I better support Google plus right, because that's there. So if its yelp I did a deal, I'm not making any money off the yelp deals because they keep 30%. But when I do that, when someone searches, they do a filter and they say I could show me everything that has a deal. So as soon as I started doing that, more people were going. I play with it like every week to see where people are interested and they go still support whatever platform it is if they're offering deals, trying to offer a deal just to get visibility until you get to a point where I don't want to give any more deals now, right enough followers. Good. I like it. That's really good. Do we have some stuff online that people are? Yeah, I'm really excited. I who knew we'd have an Internet marketing? I hear you're coming home with me. Some sources resource is people Listen, we're Pinterest. One person had a jeweler who had their own bridal week, and they let them put a 48 set in a store for two weeks and looped, so it was no cost to them for that. And let's see, Rock Red five says, Give your clients reasons to refer you, and maybe that's if do do any kind of referral gifts or anything like that. We don't That is a really good one, though. Um, we kind of do it after the fact we'll send them like a thank you gift. But I think more what Rock Red, Right? Fred was saying that, um, you know, given incentive. I know a lot of people have referral programs. You know, your for a client that books and you get free canvas or you refer five clients that book similarly give you a free album. Those are really great ways to do it. It does cost you a little bit of money, but not a ton of money. Not, you know, thousands of dollars has been for, you know, places that will not be named. I also really liked where they were talking about vendor relationships as well. That is actually a huge, huge way that you guys, it's filmmakers can really get it because photographers there's always wedding photography at a wedding and at least half the time it's very good. I mean, probably closer to 80 90% of it is good quality photography. A lot of the time video. On the other hand, not all the time, they're not all brides do video to begin with on not all, um, video. That's being out. There is going to be something that is really showcasing the work of whatever vendor you want to build that relationship with. So if you are producing really good quality video, you can really build that vendor relationship really nicely. I think they were talking about with a jeweler. Um, great. You know, you can give ah, hair artist, you know, Give them, give them your flash drives. If they have a TV, they can just, you know, loop on their video, you know, their hair designs or something for together in an emotive video of old, like the clips you have their hair throughout the day. One. The things that Robin I do is the reception halls we always get really awesome, like like cam shots going through the reception hall. And how beautiful is that? And more. You know, a lot of ways sometimes were beautiful than the pictures that they have hanging up there. So give them a DVD of or a flash drive, or give them a stack of DVDs to give their prospects that come in. You know, if you send a reception hall, maybe you're not on their performed vendor lists, cause you don't want to pay for it. If you send them a stack of marketing materials for them to use? Do you think they're not going to use those? You know you're helping them market them, you know their whole. So we've done that before we send the sack, send a stack of DVDs to the reception hall. So to make up artist, we talked about to the photographer, you know? Yes, you're asking them for images. But if you give him a free movie poster, why wouldn't they hang a movie poster of their image? And they're, you know, in their studio space. So that kind of vendor relationship is really important as well. Um, Jenna Beaches idea. Waas. Donating your time and talents to a good cause and posting them on Facebook with permission rose your business. When you do it at a goodness of your heart, you don't expect to return, and people see that I love that you find ways to donate charity for all the You didn't notice that would that was Eric's like, hey, eyes is on the vault watching you one more from Kamei 86. Make a three minute promo at a Saturday literally Tebow game handout DVDs, Business cards to the parents at the next game. It costs about 80 bucks and gets exposure. That's amazing that yet that goes in hand in hand. You know, the stack A DVD is like I said, That's not cost. You caused, like, 13 cents a DVD. You know the baggage. It would cost you more. Well speaking. Sorry. One site. Speaking of which, Alex Look had asked if you could remind us again where you do get those DVD inserts printed Black River imaging, Black River? Yeah. Yep, the way that we print them for these guys. Oh, yeah, this I think it's a seven by 11. Or the actual dimensions of this right here is one piece of one page and leave it 7 11 or something around that side. So what we do is you printed on an 8.5 by 11 and then just trim the sides for the paper. Better black over does a beautiful job, So that's awesome. One more little question from Iran. Could you tell us again what the name of the font is that you use on those posters? Yeah, this one down here. The other one is called Universal Accreditation and I believe you can get it on de font dot com de a fon t dot Great. Thank you. All right. Uh, did you have a comment? He had to go along with the with the DVDs When you were talking about bloopers. I had an idea of because when I worked with my cousin's company E and P photography, we print on site. So and it's do sports and football. So say it's like the 12 year olds or 14 gold they're playing. You capture their kid, you know, in some action pose. You come back to the table, you upload the image and they buy it on site and people. And then we put the picture there and the teammates come by and they say, Oh, my gosh, that was, You know, the game just like 1/2 an hour ago And that generates a lot of leads. So now, with with video with a looper sitting on the table at a tournament, you know, that's 10 hours that they could be the same thing. So it's not quite the same thing was handing out the DVDs, but it's the same thing. Great. There, exactly. Yeah, I mean, we're obviously, you know, we're experienced in wedding, so we're always talking about ways you apply marketing with weddings. But you know, you can take that and just twist it slightly and make it applied to pretty much anything you know, high school seniors and and that kind of thing. If you're doing high school seniors the time that they take their pictures about the time that they they get their school rings on the school ring Guy always goes to the school and sets up their little table and sells the school rings. Hook up with that school guy, that school ring guy. I don't know what the you know, typical name of the company is, but, you know, hook up with him, get him a really cool video of the rings that he can just play there. And at the same time, intermittent intermingle them with maybe some fusion stuff from just videos you've done of seniors. Um, and you can promote yourself, You know, that way you're into the senior photography and stuff. So take anything that we're doing and really twisted around. John was really pointing out the the buzz type of marketing. Anything you could do. That's like a wow factor that you can create a buzz with is just going to, you know, run rampant. So one other thing I realized I skipped over when it comes to products. I had mentioned that I have IPhone cases and there's all sorts of other little things that you know you guys can make because, you know, IPhones are gay. Big. You can your stills. You could make IPhone cases, too. So think of only just little things. Maybe you're giving them a mobile version for them to put on their IPhone, hand them the flash drive or hand in whatever it is with IPhone case that matches. You know, stuff like that. I get my IPhone cases from Black River also, so, you know, think of photography products, but smaller scale. So politics ornaments really good to. You can grab screen grabs for stuff like that and not trying to take the money out of photographers pocket cause that me. But the truth is, not every foot, heart or even offer is that kind of stuff, so that you can take advantage of those types of things. You could make more money. You can get your product in front of other people. Do you have any questions we can answer before you get on Teoh The next part? We actually have a question about the name of the you know the website that you'd given. They missed the name when you were speaking of Are you talking about Google analytics? That must be what it is. It treating it was it. You get it through Google. It's a free, it's free and you register your URL and it gives you some text to embed into your website, and then it just gives you the free information. Great. Thank you. A couple questions from messaging and mess Gina Bottle Productions What about using Google ads? Do you have an experience with that? I have not used Google ads. Have you have a feeling or in a marketing special thistles? What I used to sell saying OK, so Google. There has cost money, but the majority of the person will click on a organic result. The free results, not the paid results, which is called ECM search engine marketing. The fabulous thing. But SCM is you're not paying for unless someone clicks and goes to your website you're creating branding free advertisement. When someone pulls you up, they see the sponsored results on top. They see the organic, they're gonna click on the organic. But if they see your multiple places, you've got some free advertisement that you did not pay for unless they click on it. So I highly recommend it. But do your research. Google has a lot of free sites that you can go to like traffic estimator or the Google Toolbox that tells you what words people are looking for. So you know what words to pay and keep eye on it. And if you're getting quality leads that are transferring to a customer, use them. If if you're not, only 10% of the people click on him, so you're not really losing a lot of money. Yeah, that's really good. And, you know, a paper click as opposed to paper occurrence of pay per view. So that's that's awesome. I like that idea. That's experimental stuff I'm going to do this winter. But winter it's fun to kind of you slow down a little bit with the weddings, but winter tends to be engagement season. We call it around the holidays. So now is the time to experiment with all sorts of advertising. Did you guys have any other ones in there? This one's from Agent Far. This is back to the movie posters. Yeah, I know how you come up with your names for your posters because they're all yeah, titled. And yet that is a Rob, actually, believe it or not, I am the photographer. But he loves doing the graphic design so he does that. I don't know where he gets. He's like a romantic at heart over there. I don't Yes. Oh, so I think it click Check was actually wanting to know what your website is. Do you still do that type of has you sues you Season Sassoon, Sunshine or Seven says she'd like you to come back to critical eye for an Internet marketing class. In a way, it's interesting that you should say that because as I was selling Google AdWords, I was thinking, I need to come up with my own business that I could make an example of. And just in February I made my own website, which is Natalie lad dot com, and I've already revealed team it, too. but I've got my branding now. I've got a logo and I'm trying to come up with everything and my initial goal. Waas, Teoh make my business successful and then teach other people how to do it because for years I kept telling people You need your brand and you need an HTML site. You need these things that people were slow to listen and I did it and within a couple months and like Number one so there's a lot of information out there that's free. It's just important to do that. And, yeah, my I'm Natalie lie dot com Follow me on Facebook. Ever have Toe asked me a question. I'm more than happy if it doesn't get overwhelming, but it's I have a suggestion for you. Did you watch this past weekends workshop with Louis House? I did that. I missed the third day because I was in transit to hear that. It sounds like a great one because he teaches about how to take things like that and teach people things online in Webinars and things that you're an expert in. That sounds like a great one. I did see the part where he said make your own videos and put it up. So that is one of the things I'd like to do in the next couple of weeks. I recommend that one for you. Okay. You just a spell. Your website? Quick. It's my name. Natalie and a t A l I E lad l a d d dot com Thank you. You can still Natalie several different ways and lead on its real generic right now. I have, like, six block posts and just a couple of posts, but it's number one already. Love it. Awesome. All right, so we have, I guess, probably 20 minutes left. So I wanted to go into one of the, um, on the cusp ideas that Rob and I have been having. And it is not something we have done yet, but it is something we're looking forward to do to doing, and we're kind of toying with the space and stuff, but I wanted to share it with you guys because I thought it was really fun. We are looking into starting to do movie premieres for our clients. Yeah, So there are a lot of different ways that you can do this. There are at least buy us a lot of really small movie theater is kind of like indie film theatres that you can rent out. And it depends obviously on your client and you know that kind of thing. But this may also be something that you can sell as a product. Um, having a movie premiere where they can have a party, you know, the whole bunch of their friends. You know, brides and grooms tend to have those wedding film viewing parties anyway, But when people know the caliber of your work, you know, having a movie from here, how fun is that? Right. So you could maybe even sell that as a product we're gonna hosting we premiere for you and all your friends, you know, free soda, popcorn included. And you can make a whole night out of it. So Superfund, you can probably do that for a reasonable amount of our reasonable price. If you guys, you know, work with the movie theater more frequently, that's always an option. You can also hold them in your studio or in your home if you want to, um, a really great way to get a tax deductible movie theater in your basement, um, hosting the view from Harris. But there's really a lot of potential when it comes to comes to that. So either selling it or doing it just as a service. So you would make an event for family inference. If you have more room, obviously more people can come. But what you can use with that is to create a buzz on Facebook as well. So think about the way is that it can translate into making a buzz on Facebook so you can create an event for the kind of thing. And obviously, events on Facebook. You consent, really, the everyone But you know you have your picture up there or their movie poster really up there along with your film, even if you don't get a ton of people that are gonna end up going to the movie premiere, it's another way, like we have this event. Oh, that's my friend. She's having me this event and it's a movie premiere and she's in it, and it's like her picture is on this movie poster. I'm sending you notes or wedding, but it's gonna look really interesting. Um, like I said, You've got that movie trailer leading up to it and then the bog. So this is another thing you can post on your block. We're hosting the movie premiere for you know, Jim Jack, and another thing you can put on your block more content on your blogged if you have more content there. There's more ways to use a CEO on that as well. So other ways that boost up your marketing as well. Um, you can show photographs from the event afterwards. So think about blogging. And afterwards, What a great way to make a vendor relationship to, um, you know, a lot of Levi's get married around the same age. So she's inviting all of her friends and family to move your premiere. Have other vendors there that could be there. Andi, you know you have tire for there. You can take photographs. Were all using Canon are you know, Nikon DSLR. So we can all take photographs by all means, you know, and these air ways that you can promote it on your blog's as well. So finalization. Rob is going to get into this next. But before we do that, any comments or God? Because all looked like I said with your fair and everyone looked like they were itching. Yeah, yeah, along the line of that I was wondering on your guys is like, um if you have like, studio, we have, like, a screen room or like, kind of set up. Do you guys have or that we have a studio, but it's small. We could probably fit at best. You know, 6 to 10 people in there s So that's what we have right now. We're looking on different ways to do it. So this isn't something that we've been able to do yet. But it's an idea that I thought was good, too, to share with you guys. So I am looking forward to that. Personally, I would like to create a movie theater in my basement. I haven't just invite these people over. It's interesting. I don't know if you guys have this. You ever have. Brides do, like, sort of a chameleon change after their wedding. Anyone where you know, before the wedding, there they're all like, happy and wonderful. Then after the wedding, to really scary. Sometimes you know, usually it's because there waiting for their Fillmore, you know, they're waiting for their film or they go through post wedding depression. Never have that. It's just a thing. Yeah, post wedding depression. Um, anyway, so if we were going to create movie theater basement, it would probably be something that we wouldn't offer the chameleon brides t to know where home was, However, the you know, the other brides that we are really good with at that time, you know, great networking thing. And they have all the friends over as well. So that's what we're planning to do. I need you guys have any suggestions just on ways that you would use a movie premiere but would sure consensus. Would you want to try to charge for it? Or would you do it as more of a, um, free thing? That's yeah. I think it could be something cool with having like the packages of like having it like in the top package. So it's like that thing toe as like, a full throw or what they talk about what the packages. So it's like, you know, if you go in here, you know, we could throw this premiere for you and just, you know, really sell it. That's fantastic. That's a really good idea. You know, make that your top package thing. You could make it. Anolik are thing to after the wedding because, you know, it's a good up cell, but yeah, make that something that's in your top packages is a polder to get them toe. Want those love that sticky? Yeah, I was thinking of it. More of Allah cart thing also. But maybe it is a ministry. Maybe. Is that the extra bonus that you get on top of? You know it may be is that one thing where you say thank you for your business and then the family is involved? Because after that, you're gonna get business from it. Anyway, just from the buzz of it. Like you said with Facebook, put behind it and whatever other kind of marketing push that's gonna follow it exactly. Yeah, I like that. Go ahead, gas. Vanessa, you're killing me thing. But as a wedding photography, you have connections with venues and that soas faras not having a theater. I don't know how you feel about you know, projection or whatever at some venue that you're tight with. That's, you know, a nice place. And they could show up Name and not the place. I got married, obviously, but something like that is another option of whereto have the premiere party. That's fantastic. Thank you. So glad that has been giving me ideas for this. I didn't even think of that. So this is why I love collaboration? Because at the same time that you were seeing you could host a movie premiere at a local venue. You can build that client relationship as well. So lots of other ways. And, you know, if you're gonna put in your packages, you could almost, you know, it's something that you make money off of. You could almost tear that, Um, your basic movie premiere is in my home basement theater. Your You know what? Our silver level movie premiere is at the theater and you get free popcorn of beverages. Your platinum level moving from here. Is that this venue? And there's a full dinner served to right lots and lots of different ideas there. So that is good stuff. Any questions? Comments online before we get to break. Yeah, Well, Natalie, you should let you know that your site has officially crashed. Someone tell her sights down wait. A question about the blog's that you had mentioned their broccoli. Rob wants to know. How do you get featured on those bigger blog's? Yes, there is a submission process that is usually unique to each type of block. For example, style me pretty. If you go to style me pretty, it's you somewhere down on the bottom of the page. It just says submissions. You click on there and you follow their submission process, however, to bright lights dot com like the number two tw o bright lights dot com. They have a system where they have a lot of logs that participate in submissions through to bright lights. They're only uploading them once, and then you submit it to different places. So that's another option, much easier than going to every single website and going through their individual submission process. Another quick question about from Scout about the fonts. Do you actually have to license those for using them in the poster differentness free? Yes, free funds. That's a good thing, cause some are used. You have to license savants and from cook Esquire are ring tones and screen savers good as products. Why not? Hey, I'm a little confused about the ring turn aspect of it, but maybe ring tones. You know, if you have your recording of the vows, I get maybe with some music behind it, that will work. But yes, screen savers and stuff like that. That sounds great. Yeah. So we have pretty much gone over a lot different stuff. I really am so happy with being able to get all of your ideas in the session because, you know, I've got my basic ideas. I've got stuff I've learned from other people, but I think what really makes it is getting everyone's and put on it, even just having an idea and making it better for very various ways to do it. So just things. Yeah, we have a couple more couple, right? Sure. DSK just a from particularly feet. Have you ever thought about delivering your pictures videos on our preloaded IPad and building the cost into the price? Yep. Yeah, we've actually. Yeah, you've done that before where you have ipads or IPods To think I had that somewhere, but yeah, that's a really great way to do it and get you could get the case for it as well, brand that even the, um, IPad cases. And sure, there's websites where you can, you know, get a branding or photographic cover. That's a really good good idea. Okay, Agent far had a question. Do you have any suggestions on how to introduce a movie style theme into a fashion photography type business? Oh, that's interesting here. Ideas for that. I mean, for me, the movie poster is just a general like you can use a movie poster for absolutely anything if you're gonna use. Is that a photographer? Filmmaker, photographer. But I would suggest that he do. Is it started in a little bit of video? You know, if you're doing runaway stuff or if you're just doing studio stuff, it probably wouldn't be that difficult. Throws and Sticks down Tripod Armada. I'm just shoot some video than creative fusion piece to incorporate into there, and then you can do the exact same things. Submissions and where used them and movie premieres, fashion show premier, whatever it is. Yeah, take it and twist it. All right. One more question before we get a break from TV films, is it a good idea to add photography to our cinema? business because clients want photo and video packages. If you have the manpower. If you have the desire, why not? Yeah. My only, um, caution to combining businesses like that photo and video is make sure that you keep your brand consistent and try not unless this is your business model, trying not to if you are a boutique style business, trying not just throw so much in there that you turn to become more like a volume business. Unless that's your goal, of course, to become a volume business. But you just be wary of that for Rob and I. We own separate businesses. He's rob Adam's films. I'm Vanessa jury photography, so we didn't decided not to combine them because I wanted to keep the, you know, the particular entry and where we live. There is a lot of like one stop winning shops, and the last thing you want to do was be bundled in with. I wouldn't get your photo video, deejay flowers and everything else here, you know, So we wanted to stay separate, so by all means why not to go do it? And is that what you guys are doing right? And that and that's what you're doing, right? You know you've photography and go in cinemas. So I mean, if you're gonna expand your business and your business is successful, go for it. Cool. Another question, as we transition into break, was I wanted to give you an opportunity to talk again about the company that you launched today, but also because there was a question from Mass the media Will the dreaded edit choose and add audio to as part of the editing services? Yeah, eso What candidates talking about? If you guys online didn't hear about this before Robin, I just launched a company called the dreaded edit dot com. And actually, my email is already full of people who have gone there and contacted us. So awesome. Yes. So I am glad that you guys do that. So the dreaded at dot com is one of the first, the first that I'm actually aware of film postproduction service companies. So we are specializing in short form winnings, wedding films, and we're just gonna be a post production house for you guys who don't want to do. You're reading. You need to catch up on your editing. Who on outsource that completely or just need help. So the question was, I guess about really overall, I'm just going to summarize as to the extent of which way edit them. We have a base price, and what we're going to do is take your footage and analyze your footage for you and then get you a more custom quote, depending if you want all those extras. I mean, there's so many things you can do to a film, so we're going to take it on the case by case basis because, you know, it's a unique wedding film. Were not We're not going to be a, you know, the one stop shop volume place. We're going to still make very creative and beautiful wedding films for you. So it is going to be a a special quote for that. But yeah, by all means, we will be editing them to the style and quality that Rob edits his films because his personal Adrian editors are the ones that will be editing
