Case Study: Jeff Rose, Financial Planner

earlier, we had some questions about because all of us are having way too much fun up here without what about If I don't have to be funding my videos to be successful, do do I have to make people laugh? Answers? Absolutely not. But you have to evoke some sort of emotion and a great case study, even though we're not gonna show his. His emotionally driven video is Jeff Rose, who actually does do some very, very funny videos himself. But one of his ironically, most successful videos was one called Join the Debt Movement, which I'd love. We're not gonna show that one today, but that's gone on to be one of his most successful videos. Overall, he has over 200,000 views in subscribers and really didn't start this this long ago. But here's the great news for the great part about this and why I chose someone like Jeff. To be highlighting over these three days is he's not anyone else. That's like, you know, like he's not selling a nympho product. He's not doing videos all day, is not doing real...

ly like a personal brand like he's not, You know this just this author or coach Hemming. He is, in a sense, but he's a financial planner which, like we all know, like a financial planner and, you know, like it's just someone you'd think like That's not It was like a normal job that someone has. It's a normal title. You don't go. Wow, My gosh, I've never met a financial planner before. Uh, so So he'd see talks about financial advice and gives us tips, but he still is that financial planner, and that's how he's attracting his clients, which is so cool you can find him in youtube dot com Fort such good financial sense, and he encompasses so many great things that I've taught. He's been a student video traffic academy for a while, so it's always exciting to showcase my own students. Some things I love is is he brings his family and his kids in this video. His wife films the videos for him and she add, It's them, and he just gets to be the goofball on camera. The video we won't be sharing today is the Is the debt, the debt moving video? Like I said, it's it's ah, great story of talking about people. The amount of people that you know end up passing away like in debt, don't have any money and live their life like that. And he's really on a mission to help inspire others. As Simon Sinek said, You know, people don't buy what you do. They buy why you do it. And this video has just really resonate with his audience. He's in tears in the video, Um, and it brings people to tears. Yes, you can have a serious topic. Yes, you don't have to. You don't have to be funny. Goofy, silly, etcetera. So, um, a couple things before we watch, I believe we're gonna watch one of his videos. And a second. Yes, we are. Um I asked him what are some of the biggest results and accomplishments? How did this helping your business? He's been able to get a ton of new clients, just offer the search engine results. When people are typing in things like financial planner, they find him, which is always good. But he said one of the coolest things was getting asked to join a media company, a media company, as their financial s expert, simply because they saw one of his YouTube videos. Like I said, opportunity is just kind of start happening when you're the authority. Um, and his his video that have over here joined the debt movement has inspired over 2000 people to subscribe and join him on the debt movement. And we'll watch one of his videos right now. And, uh, then I'll share what his biggest tip or lesson is for all of you guys. Do you wanna hear something funny? Do you wanna hear something? They'll make a financial advisor. Laugh, Pickle Pickle Being a finance adviser For almost years now, I've heard some pretty good doozies. I've had a few financial ranch, but you can check out in another time. But the one I want to talk about today is to the individuals that want to day trade their 41 K What day trade your 41 k? Yeah, they want a day trade than 41 K What the heck is that all about? I have no idea. That's why I want to this video about it easy, right as awesome. Okay, so he's a great guy, um, on bond, like a city's like doing everything that we've been talking about right and he doesn't have. He's just he's a financial planner and he's getting business from that. What he's sharing with all of you guys is his biggest tip. I've kind of hinted at this as well a few times. Here's what he says, he says. Make sure to wash your competition and other great YouTubers and videos out there on what they're doing so you can try and mimic mimic that and make it your own in a unique way. I like watching great videos to give me inspiration so I can create them for myself and I do the same thing. There's a few videos out there that have been, um, great, a great source of inspiration for me. There's one out there called, um, Cooking with Charlie, which is a YouTuber called Charlie is so cool, like in this video, I believe has like 4.5 1,000,000 views, and it's it's a young kid, Uh, who's does a video tutorial on how to make brownies, and it is so I've watched the video probably 2025 times, and I watch it like scene by scene. It is one of the most creative, unique ways that someone teaches how to make brownies. It's so fun, and you'll start to see he has these very unique at. It's like the things will like the hand coming in or you like turn and it's another camera, like all the stuff you like. James didn't come up with that on his own. No, I didn't. I ethically stole it from Charlie is so cool like, um and and we're always looking for stuff like that. So now it's not necessarily like, Oh, you have to spend more time doing that. No, that stuff you're doing, the TV, the movie, the things that you watch and already enjoy. Now you're putting another lens, another filter on while you're watching that. And you're saying I enjoy this for X amount of reasons. For some reason, how could I use this in my next video? How could I incorporate this in what I'm doing? And that's how I kind of walk around every day looking for that type of stuff.
