## Overview

If you have ever wanted to create the kinds of layouts you see in books, magazines, and brochures, this InDesign course is where to start. You will get thorough experience in the software, learning how to bring together text and graphics across multiple pages, style type, import photos, define colors, thread text frames, and much more. The course does not skip the details either, covering paragraph and character styles, nested styles, parent pages, baseline grids, hyphenation, and more.

What makes it click is the hands-on work. You will spend time building real projects including a business card, brochure, restaurant menu, magazine spread, and book. That means you are not just learning features in isolation but putting them to use. You will also pick up professional typesetting techniques along the way, and by the time you wrap up, you will know how to package files for a print shop and export PDFs for both print and web. It is the kind of well-rounded training that actually prepares you to hit the ground running.
