# PowerPoint Specialist Certification Program

## Overview

This package includes the PowerPoint Level I and PowerPoint Level II classes, as well as two hours of private exam prep training. It also includes the official Microsoft PowerPoint Specialist Exam study guide and the PowerPoint Certification exam with a free retake.

To sign up for the PowerPoint Specialist Certification Package, check out by selecting your first class date on the right (PowerPoint Level I). Then contact us to schedule your next PowerPoint class, two hours of private training, and the Specialist Exam (proctoring for the exam is included). You will have two years to complete the certification, so you do not need to provide all dates at registration.

## What you'll learn

- Build new presentations from templates and customize layouts, themes, and content structure, and add and edit text, bullets, and numbered lists using Outline View and other formatting tools
- Insert and enhance photos, SmartArt, and shapes with effects, cropping, and alignment tools, and create and format tables, add connector lines, and import charts from Excel to display data
- Save, print, and export presentations to PDF, with options tailored for professional use
- Design custom PowerPoint themes, including personalized color palettes, fonts, and reusable backgrounds
- Integrate video, hyperlinks, and dynamic charts and tables imported from Excel for interactive presentations
- Collaborate and finalize projects with built-in commenting tools, PDF export options, and optimized printing settings

Whether customizing training classes for diverse corporate clients or leading hybrid classes on site, Grace truly enjoys creating an interactive learning environment in which students feel comfortable to participate, expand, and thrive. She has effectively delivered both full-day classes and focused one-hour modular sessions for organizations ranging from small non-profits such as OnPointNYC to large network systems like the NYPD and NYU Langone Health.
