In this course Lucinda will take you through the steps of frosting a cake with buttercream so it is primed for decoration. Fun topic! But, video needs editing down, better video quality, better sound (very muffled), and there are no-closeups. And saying "it should look like this if I was..." doesn't really help (me). We want to see what she is referring to, not just imagine. The video quality seems really poor, as compared to other classes on CL. And the lighting is not good. Also her head blocks a lot of the shots. she's not really describing what she's doing, and because there aren't closeups, I can't really learn from this. Too bad, I was hoping to have fun and learn a lot on this topic (for fun).
I enjoyed the classes themselves, but the lack of close ups of what Lucinda was doing so I could actually see what she was doing or the differences between the before & afters deters me from spending money on the videos. Thanks for the many hours of fun, Lucinda!
