She is a Manager of Learning Content at Adobe, bringing great learning experiences to Adobe customers.
She has recorded over 40 hands-on Photoshop, Lightroom, and Elements courses on lynda.com. Her latest book is the official Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom Classroom in a Book for Photographers. She has contributed to many other books and magazines, including the How to Wow Photoshop series, lynda.com’s Hands On Training series, Photoshop User Magazine, and Macworld Magazine. She leads popular Lightroom and photography workshops and is a sought-after speaker at conferences like SXSW, Photo Plus, and ADIM.
Jan loves learning as much as teaching. She is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Stanford University. She has a law degree from Stanford Law School, a Masters degree from University of Toronto, and a Master of Fine Arts degree in photography from University of Colorado at Boulder.
