## Overview

This bootcamp is a live, instructor-led program made for creatives starting at zero who want a full toolkit for modern video work, with no editing, design, or coding experience needed. Your first stop is Premiere Pro, for multicam edits, Lumetri color looks, sound mixing, and exports for every screen. Then comes After Effects, for keyframe animation, 3D scenes lit and framed with virtual cameras, expressions, and effects work such as tracking shots and pulling green screen keys. A dedicated AI course covers prompting generators for video, stills, and audio, the AI tools inside Creative Cloud, and how to license and disclose AI work for clients.

The bootcamp then puts you on the builder's side. With your instructors, you direct AI coding assistants from the terminal to make apps that cut down post-production and studio busywork, wired up with Neon Postgres, Clerk, Vercel, and custom MCP servers. The five Premiere Pro and After Effects courses line up with what the Adobe Certified Professional in Video Design credential expects. You wrap up with a demo reel, a capstone video, two live apps, and a game plan for landing work, pricing it, and getting noticed.

## Instructors

### Jerron Smith — Program Director & Senior Instructor

Jerron has more than 25 years of experience working with graphics and video and expert-level certifications in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator along with an extensive knowledge of other animation programs like Cinema 4D, Adobe Animate, and 3DS Max. He has authored multiple books and video training series on computer graphics software, such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Flash (back when it was a thing). He has taught at the college level for over 20 years at schools such as NYCCT (New York City College of Technology), NYIT (The New York Institute of Technology), and FIT (The Fashion Institute of Technology).
