Tara is a fabulous teacher. This class is packed full of great information and super useful exercises to help you think deeper and get focused. Worth your time.

Really GREAT. You have to be up-to-date. Even if you do a business makeover after 33 years as a professionell and 17 years after starting your own studio. I love it.

This is hands down the best marketing class I have ever taken. I have taken other classes before but this is the first time where I feel that the ideas were so clearly broken down for me. Tara gave a clear overview of the marketing process in a way that I could immediately apply to my business. Then she went into detail with clear examples and simplified the process without excessively complicated jargon and unnecessary steps. I feel super confident to apply this method into my own business but more importantly I now know enough to build a system that works for me!

This class is phenomenal! It's hard to find classes that don't promise you instant success and get your hopes up. This class was the complete opposite of that. It's detailed and structured in a way that it is helpful without being overwhelming! She's amazing and a great teacher!

I have spent so much money, buying top brand name programs to learn how to do Marketing over the past few years. While several of those programs were good, they came with very complicated and super detailed instructions. I HIGHLY recommend this class to anyone who is looking for an easy set of directions to follow for Marketing. I was skeptical when I bought this class. I bought it based on testimonials. I was hoping I would learn something new, but figured it would be rehashing old information. Was I ever wrong! The favorite thing I learned was in Lesson 17 that breaks your customers into five different categories. You will base your marketing around this information. The information is not outdated. You do not have to change how you are Marketing now. This class teaches you to be more effective in your current Marketing and gives you a plan to follow. If you are concerned about the cost, CreativeLive always runs sales. It is worth every penny!

I thoroughly enjoyed this course. Tara is both knowledgable and clear about helping set clear goals and targets. She is the first online tutor I have listened in regards to business goal setting that I felt compelled to watch. The ability to stop and start the video as necessary to answer questions was great, and made it easier than probably for the live audience. Would highly recommend this course to any entrepreneur.

First, i teach marketing classes at a university. I often find myself rolling my eyes when I glance at some of the marketing speakers here. They often mis quote academic research and say obvious things. I watch in part to see their presentation skills in action-- because those tend to be good. That said, Tara makes none of the errors I complained about. She does not claim to be an expert in what she does not happen to be an expert on. She does know what she is talking about when she gives advice. Her style of presenting is also fantastic. BRAVO! (From a not easy to win over critic. ; )

This class is a great way to not only learn, but to think through and brainstorm the marketing challenges you're facing while the class is happening. Tara is a great teacher and public speaker; this class provides reproducible framework and solid real-life examples to get the most out of time. My only qualm- there is a lot of time spent talking about marketing plans in the framework of service-based businesses. As a product-based business owner, it took some thinking outside of the box to relate to some of the points. Still- this is a great course and I can't wait to take another with Tara!

Great course! Exceeded my expectations. Liked how it is focused completely on business, not life coachy and provides a framework for you to work in, rather than telling you what to do. It is to the point, in depth and every lesson is really useful and easy to follow. Tara involves the audience members and uses their businesses as examples, which gives really valuable context. I bought this course at a discount but would have happily paid the full price.

As a photographer and photography teacher, I have enrolled in so many online courses about every aspect of my business, but not one single person has genuinely made me take action until I watched the free episode Write your Stand-out Business Bio. That lesson was so spot-on that I did not even hesitate about the fact that this course is almost three years old because it touches the basics of creating a stand-out business. Yes, the lessons on social media and email marketing seem outdated by looking at the interface of Facebook and Instagram and did not refer to tagging and segmenting your email marketing at all. But those are just technical aspects that you can find all over the internet. What Tara teaches is to discover your Why and how to implement your Vision, and that is never going to be outdated. I can totally recommend this course to anyone that is building or want to grow their business.

I have not been able to stop thinking about the material from this class. It is so much more than a hiring class, but really a new way to think about the whole structure of my business. I know this will be a class I watch again and again.

If you are hesitating about whether or not your should purchase this class, DON'T. Truth is ,as a business owner you are already hiring on a consistent basis when you make the choice to charge yourself with doing all of the work. I'm sure you didn't leave a normal "job" just to to do several jobs. Don't be the boss you left, be the boss you wish you had. The boss who empowered and encouraged you to work in your zone of genius, be the bearer of opportunities, and the overcomer of obstacles. Tara's course teaches you how to be resourceful by working and hiring with intention. From what I have learned from this course, it's never too early to set yourself up for success. Even if you are not in the position to give up all your hats yet, you'll leave this course knowing how to where them more efficiently and effectively. You are more boss thank you think!
