    I loved the course. But as a vegetarian it's not really a sustainable way of living. If I were a meat and fish eater I would definitely give it a go.

    I am only in lesson 3 but loving it. I recently had a bad foot injury that the surgeon wanted to operate on. I was lucky to find a biokinesiologist who fixed the foot over the course of several month. But many of the things he does are actually in this course - awesome! On the negative side, I think the info about Kelly should be updated. The website MobilityWOD doesn't even exist any more. That leaves a very unprofessional taste. The new site is thereadystate.com

    I never considered the importance of Range of Motion until this course. This course really makes you second look at body movement esp if you are an athlete, see his theory on the tunnel.

    I've tried to develop a meditation practice in the past and signed up for this course because of the title ..'everyday life' This course works!! I'd like to thank David and the Creative Live crew for providing a life enhancing course. At first I was a little impatient as I thought the sessions were long, drawn out and repetitive however, half way through it 'clicks' (it made sense) and what may seem as a long-winded preamble is in fact laying a firm foundation for understanding and progression. Hastily wanting to skip to some perceived 'good bit that helps hedge fund mangers etc ' is like sprinting to the end of the rainbow instead of appreciating the various colours. (Your own perceptual colours even ;-)) Anyway, a worthwhile course - so stay the course and feel better for fit

    Watch the class and was enlightened to my issues of pain in foot and back and will apply where I can. Would of liked to see more actual posture correction methods. Kelly is a confident guy with today comic style, but will follow him. enjoyed the collaborative group here. DS

    I just bought this class. I have tried meditation a few times but never connected properly in the past. Maybe I am ready now or maybe David Nichtern is really good. Either way it is working for me. He has a very relaxed way about him. I have found myself thinking "come on, get on with it, get to the point". But then I realise that the problem is with me. I am still thinking about the destination rather than the journey.

    I have viewed this course many times and it is totally life changing. I am a high-level athletics coach and a senior Black belt and Kelly's teaching have helped me combine my knowledge and made me a better coach. If you don't get this, then watch it again it will improve the rest of your lives.

    Great class. Love the science presentation - I hate how many sales pitches we get constantly with no actual science behind it. The recipes look yummy - will try them today, along with starting the exercises. Just one problem - why is he using and talking about water in plastic bottles in this day and age. Lose the plastic! There is a lot of science on how that damages us, including our metabolism, and we know how much it damages the planet.
