Day 3 Wrap-Up

Thank you, Ben. And I'm glad that we don't have to say goodbye yet because we still have another workshop with you. So I want to take a minute to explain how the rewatch is going toe work right now and that is the rewatch for today's course will start soon, and then we will take an intermission. You can think of it that way when we go to the live section of the first part of our light painting workshop with Ben Wilmore. So that is gonna happen at 8 30 PM tonight, Pacific time. That's just in about 4.5 hours. So the rewatch will go. Until then, we'll break on the rewatch and then after the live segment, which is going to be about an hour where we'll talk in a minute about what we're gonna do again. But then the rewatch of today's class will start again, and that will go through the night. And then the rewatch of tonight's will be part of tomorrow's rewatch. I think I just said rewatch about 20 times in one sentence, and I hope that made some sort of sense. But think of tonight as an int...

ermission Um And so maybe before we before we go into some comments about today, tell us again a little bit about what we're doing tonight and tomorrow We'll Tonight, we're gonna concentrate on thinking about shooting outdoors in without doors. There are certain special times of night, and we're gonna time are shooting for that. So, weaken, talk about what's going on with the sky and how to get this guy to look more interesting. That might other times a night and I'm going to take a car is our main subject. And I'm gonna show you a bunch of different ways to light it so you can get completely different. Looks to it, and I'll show you how to do special things like, How can I make it look like the headlights are lit up like in this car behind me? And if you guys see this not But in the car behind me, that's in a junk yard. Those lights don't work, you know, they're broken or whatever. There's no way I could get him to turn on. But I was able to come in there and make them look as if they're on. And so that's the kind of thing. Or in that same image, I've let the grill that's in the car from behind. And there's some special tools I use and ideas that I use their. Or if you look at the car, you notice 1/2 of its green, the other half's red. How do you think about accomplishing that? And how can you do other interesting looks with a A car doesn't have to be a car. That could be anything that you're shooting at night. So we're gonna concentrate on that because there things that we can't do here in the studio here, we can't fit a car, and here we're not gonna have the sky the way it would be. So when we come back the next day and work here in the studio, we can concentrate on what it's like when we're not thinking about the specifics of shooting outdoors. Yeah, well, I'm so I'm so excited. This is gonna be a ton of fun. Eso There are so many amazing comments coming through from folks who have been watching these three days. And so please go over to our Facebook page and continue to post those Thank you. Is to bend so that he can read them. But Jennifer Smith Greg says this has been better than college. Thank you, Ben, and I know we have a lot of people in here who have taken. This is not people's first Photoshopped course for the most part, But most people are saying how distinctly different your teaching style is, and also just think about the amount of money and time that you might spend on a college course. So included in part of this is this is, I think, the least expensive for the amount of time you get that I've ever done. I mean, usually if I'm doing a touring seminar, something that's $99 or 79 for a huge group, huge rooms and that's for one day here, getting three days in the prices so low, it's a no brainer. I totally agree it is a no brainer, and I did go to the Facebook page and read all of your comments, and honestly, I've never seen so many people emotional about a photo shop class. People are like This is life changing. This is changing my photography. There's a lot of emotion coming behind all your comments, and I think that is because of what you said. Then, when you describe how your really narrowing it down, people are maybe wasting their time doing doing things that they there's an easier way to do them. I shouldn't say wasting your time, but you know where I'm going with this. So for people who don't know Photoshopped that well, he's basically giving you a treasure map. And for people that do know Photoshopped, he's narrowing it down for you. So it'll be a shorter trip to find treasure. Do you like that? So honestly, we have 29 hours or less to purchase this course for $79. So why don't you save yourself some money and purchase it now? And we will see you in 4.5 hours. That's 8 30 Pacific time, and we will see then

I taught Photoshop (version 5) to graphic design students at the college level. I had great fun teaching. This is the perfect course to show others how they might go about teaching a Photoshop course. Congratulations Ben, on your excellent teaching style and methods. I thought I already knew quite a bit about Photoshop but this course made me aware that there's always more that you can learn.
