AI agents are a newer class of tool that can plan, act, and adapt over several steps to finish a task. As they turn up more often in workplace software, the practical question is which workflows they actually suit. This course answers that without requiring any code: what agents are, how they differ from ordinary automation and from chatbots, roughly how they work, and how to judge whether one belongs in a given process.
