Fantastic class!!
Really helpful and learn something interesting.
Great class - I'm fairly new to architectural photography and found it very informative
Nice class for beginners.
Very informative. I really enjoy great architectural photographs and strive to capture them myself. The concepts and techniques presented in this class provide a solid foundation for creating top-notch architectural images.
First, note to CreativeLive: Please include experience levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced). I think the bad reviews were because people expected a more advanced class than this. That, and that some people expect mind-blowing revelations in merely 70+/- minutes. This class was jammed pack with great information. I was looking for this exact information so it was perfect for me. Plus, Mike Kelley's teaching style is easy to understand. Any class taught by MK is worth watching, he always has useful insight and nifty shortcuts.
not only is Mike Kelley a genius, he is the Bob Ross of architectural photography. It's got a real "Lets just add some happy cars here and some happy people there" kind of a vibe. What a killer tutorial. Thanks Creative Live and Mike Kelley.
I’ve been a fan for a long time and jumped at the chance to buy this class. I learned several things that would have each been well worth the money I paid.
Mike Kelly is the best! Thank for this great price on courses.
I really enjoyed the video as I do with all Mike Kelley videos. The different way to use the clone stamp as well a lot of little trick he did were great to hear. However, I completely agree with Nicholas, it would have been nice to see the image that they showed on the cover, as that is a scene that I'm far more likely to encounter.
It is always helpful to know more about Mike's work in post (would love to see some on location though). The "pin point" adjustments of blending in people was new to me. Did learn some tricks in Photoshop for my architectural hotel photography. Thank you once again.
I ended up liking the video but I hate how Creative Live tries to use click-bait by using an image on the course thumbnail that's not going to be used in the actual video course. It's annoying cause you feel like you'll be seeing the teacher editing or shooting that image but in reality it's not. Please fix this Creative Live.
I finally bought my first class (this one) after year's of watching them for free (thanks CreativeLive). It is so much better having anytime access, I can watch the pertinent sections over and over to really understand the concepts presented. It has helped my photography immensely and I will be purchasing more classes in the future.
It's a course by Mike Kelley, and so of course, it's awesome!
Picked-up a few useful tips in Photoshop that I can put to immediate use.
