Lighting and Posing for Wedding Photographers with Caroline Tran

I really liked how real she is. She's so light and sweet and I liked how she explains how she gets into the poses. I found it great to see how she gets her couples to look so comfortable with each other in such an intimate setting.

This course is really easy to watch and learn, and I love how useful tips were given throughout the process of shooting, which is really informative! Also the course is filled with laughter! Watching it makes me feel happy hahaha

I think I watched half of the episodes before I switched off - really disappointed and literally no learning to take from this for me personally. I bought this off the strength of Daniel and Davina's workshop which was brilliant - buy that instead!

This class was amazing! I had two engagement shoots schedule for the day after I watched this class live and I’m blown away by the difference this class made. It’s filled with practical advice that I could quickly and easily apply to my shoots that I know resulted in. It only better images but more importantly a better client experience.

One of my best lesson ever ! Caroline is so pedagogue, I learned more with this online class than my workshops in France. She teaches you how to shoot with the light, how to get the airy look, how to guide your models... This is definitely a must-have/buy lesson ! Thank you Caroline !

Caroline Tran you are an amazing teacher, I see the many ways we could make it happen, all my images were done around 12:00 to 1:00pm and not even knowing I was doing the tricks you said. I had such a great experience at Creative Live. Everyone was super nice. I flew from Los Angeles to Seattle for the first time and Mariangela was kind enough to help me with transportation, hotel, restaurants, things to do in Seattle. It was a fun continue education trip. Caroline Tran's class was amazing! I can't wait to go back for another class at Creative Live.

Enjoyed the class! Especially liked seeing how Caroline transitioned and shot the engagement shoot with the cute couple. The pick up points were great, love the analogy to piano since I'm pianist as well. I use her refined presets too and really like the outcome :) Would recommend that as well!

Great class! Perfect timing as I am preparing to shoot my first wedding! My greatest fear-getting the lighting right! This class was extremely helpful in equipping me with the confidence to shoot in any lighting situation.

I really enjoyed this course and I really like how Caroline runs her shoots. I picked up a lot of good ideas from just watching her work that I will be using from now on. I particularly liked the advice about props; in particular how they distract ordinary people from thinking/worrying about the photographer. The resulting shots with the ball of yarn were some of my favourite from her engagement shoot.

I loved watching Caroline guide the couples during the shoot, its so fun to see how much thought goes in the a natural pose (I can definitely see how you could end up naked and up side down in her studio :-) ). Caroline really inspires me to work more on my posing and to get even better!

I loved Caroline's easy going demeanor with the clients and the obvious way they responded so naturally to her because of it. I loved the posing pick-up point ideas too! Results were beautiful as well. I most enjoyed the engagement example shoot. :)

I really enjoyed this course. My favorite part was the engangment shoot. I could connect with Caroline right away, because she is such a sweet and lovely person and she obviously knows what she is doing. I hope CL will bring her back soon, maybe for a 30days course or something like that. Can't wait :-)

This class was really fun! Lots of great tips and technique suggestions for comfortable, successful couple sessions. Also gave me more confidence and advice about how to take my business to the next level towards the end of the class.

Pick up points...seriously going to be my game changer. Self taught piano player...would memorize a whole song..same thing happened, when I lost my place I would have to start over from the beginning. Find myself doing that in sessions...asking myself, did I get that shot? Mentally reviewing the whole session. Now I have a new game plan..just wanted to say thanks for that. Along with everything else I was able to learn from your class. 👏🏻

I thought this course was very informative! I loved Caroline's "soft spoken" style! It really does show in her images. Hopefully she does more workshop, maybe one where she photographs an actual wedding :)
