If you can get over how impressed the teacher is of himself, there is some basic information to will help you ask better questions and do more precise research. It seems like there was some reluctance to share in-depth strategies.

He's got good information but spends a lot of time bragging about himself and his accomplishments. He also asks the audience pointless questions ("How many of you have heard of Tony Robbins?"-- it doesn't matter and doesn't help the audience; it's a tiresome crutch). So, a tepid recommendation; useful information but a slog to get it.

Most useful - wasn't sure about watching a live workshop as online training method but Lewis is so clear, focussed, thoughtful and engaging, it totally worked! Taking away lots of ideas. Many thanks.

I purchased this course at a discount as part of a bundle with several other podcast courses. Even though I could tell the material was a bit dated, I thought it was worth every penny. 90% of the material is still valid. What I learned will really help me prepare for and start my podcasts. Lewis was excellent.

I purchased this course in late 2016 right before i started my podcast after 110 episodes i'm ready to look at monetizing my podcast. And this course is still relevant

Despite this course being 4 years old, there is still a lot of good content. I only wish I could have watched it at the time and had the opportunity to ask some questions that were not covered. I bought this as part of a 3-course deal related to podcasts. It was good value for money at that bargain price, especially for a beginner.

I just wanted to say that I'm only on the 10th lesson now (about half way through he class) and after years of thinking about wanting a podcast to go with my tourist blog, I now have one. I thought I would watch this and set a goal to have a podcast sometime this year but then I was able to set it up and get my first episode live in half a day. I used all the tools they recommended to record it, edit it, add it to my word press blog, and get it to iTunes. They did glaze over the technical stuff a bit quickly (like setting up the word press plug-in and finding the RSS feed and such) but I was able to find the extra information I needed to understand that within a few minutes on Google. I spent $22 on a basic microphone and $5 on music for the podcast intro but that is all. I'm so excited to start interviewing guests and building this so I look forward to the rest. I've listened to the Lewis Howes podcast for awhile now so that is why I trusted him on this topic and just did everything exactly like they said to do it. He suggests having someone else do the editing but I'm really glad they included that section because I've enjoyed doing it myself. My biggest fear of podcasting besides the technical stuff of getting it on iTunes was that I didn't know how I could get a show right on the first take. I didn't realize how easy it was to edit out my "umms" and "you knows" and also when I said the wrong thing to just take it out so easily. The fact that I have managed to get a podcast on iTunes with 2 episodes now blows my mind. Thank you guys.

This was the first time I watched a tutorial in this format - and LOOOOVE It - The audience was great , love the interactive format and the small group , because everyone gets better interaction face time with the instructor . This was a great class and I learned a lot! Lewis Howes was a very present and engaging instructor. He listened to each of the participants' questions and was thorough with his feedback. As a host for Simply Designed Life Podcast, I'd already gone through tutorials from Pat Flynn and John Lee Dumas, and learned a lot to get set up. I took this course to see what else I could improve as I'd been overwhelmed with the editing and playing host, audio engineer, blog post/show notes writer and social media marketer. It was great to get a different perspective on how to manage the components. What I liked about this format was hearing the questions from the participants asked (because I also had similar concerns on topics discussed). Also liked it wasn't terribly long like other courses I've taken. I prefer to just get what I need and start working on it right away. A+ and highly recommended!

It's amazing how much Lewis manages to cover in such a short period of time. I've been hosting The Unconventionalists podcast for 1.5 years now and I still managed to get a ton of value out of it. I thought this was an excellent introduction to the world of podcasting. I'm grateful that the content was so clear and easy for beginners to understand. A lot of ground was covered, including the types of hardware and software commonly used by podcasters, and I enjoyed learning about all of it.

Absolutely EXCELLENT Creative Live course. It's funny because I was going through some old emails and I found a promo email to this course when Lewis was first promoting it. I missed out on it the first go around and so seeing this email made me curious if it was still being offered, and it was! I purchased it and went through it in two days (it would have been one day but I had other work to get done :-) Lewis is so amazing as an instructor, I really love how he gives great insight but doesn't see anything as being a "secret". He's all about getting things done through hard work and simply experimenting. He truly shares all in this course! Lewis Howes has a great podcast that has been going for a long time. He is passionate about podcasting and knows his stuff. He started doing it without thought of profit and then it came. Great program and learned alot!

Lewis' heart is palpable. There is the content he offers which is good, but then just how present he is and warm he is which in and of itself is worth absorbing and learning from and working to truly emulate and embody. He is something special.

Before taking this course, I was not particularly sold on podcasting, but now plan to explore all it has to offer. For anyone looking to get into podcasting either to grow or reach a fresh audience this class, with Lewis Howes, offers a wealth of ideas and content that can be explored and executed immediately. Lewis clarifies some of the complexities that often prevent aspiring podcasters from getting started without getting too technical. There is also a nice summary and review of how other podcasters 'do it' demonstrating that you can be both creative and successful with your podcasting.

I ate this course up! Lewis Howes delivers tons of valuable information and engages well with the studio audience to keep things interesting and applicable for a beginner. He speaks about success being about relationships, and you can tell by his style and ability to listen as a teacher that it's one of his strengths.
