Excellent presentation! A lot of very useful information!!

One major drawback for me, too many interruptions from the lady to the far side, this slowed down the process and created a stop go feel to the process. It felt as if she was competing with Lindsay for attention.

I have watched a lot of classes and tutorials on lighting and this is the best of them all. So much information about all aspects you need to know to become a light master. Thank you!

I loved this course! Lindsay spent so much time with explaining each set-up in-depth that anyone picking up a camera could understand how to accomplish their lighting goals. This course covered so many unique (but, most likely to come across scenarios) and how one would approach the challenge and how to successfully accomplish with incredible results, not average-sub-standard or basic results, but above entry-level standards, high-level, money-generating lighting expertise! ZERO laziness in her explanations to the point where she is constantly refining her course in the middle of the 3 days. Her passion gleams throughout each days lessons with so much energy. You know she really wants her students both in-person and through the screen to be successful in whatever type of lighting they choose to dabble in. I am so happy, I have bookmarked, and i'm so happy and fortunate to have this course to reference for hopefully –everrrr. Thanks!

I like Joel's technical approach. After watching this course I bought my own CamRanger, and often I will set the f/stop and/or shutter speed to capture images, not being a fan of "grain". in my images. I learned alot from Joel, but think sometimes he could have demonstrated a little more while or instead of talking.

This has to be the most useful class I've seen so far on Creative Live. Its 14 hours of Jam packed photography knowledge and setups and I couldn't have spent the time any better. Lindsey is a world class teacher, i don't think she even said em once during the course. I highly recommend this for a beginner or an advanced Photographer. Thank you Lindsey , i'll be definitely checking out your other courses soon.

Faultless training by Lindsay as always. Doing in my first studio session on May 1 and feel ready haven taken this course. Feeling confident about lighting and positioning for effect and so much more! So excited to try it out. :)

I consider this class to be a "must view" if you are serious about any type of studio photography work. It truly is 101 and Lindsay is a true sensei. Aside from being quite simply a photographic genius, she is also a brilliant educator. I learned so much from this course! At a certain point, you realize that she is sharing her knowledge out of a true desire to help people and to elevate the art form. I hope my work can live up to the standard she sets as an instructor! Highly recommended.

I've watched so many videos, taken classes in lighting, but this was the most helpful, instructive and practical course I've taken. GREAT stuff. It gave me confidence to slowly work out each one we've been shown and get some good shots.

Lindsay is not only a fabulous photographer, but also a great trainer. She is natural, engaging, informative and knowledgeable. This course is fast paced but you still everything you would expect, and a bit more. I bought this class a couple years ago, watched it all and I found it great! It was just not right time for me to start using it. I was too scared of it. Now, 2020 I watched it all again and after these years of using my studio lights only in my studio I finally got it all and understood!!! I am going to offer a wedding photography from 2021 and I am now confident to use my speedlites. I need to practice first, of course, but now I have a vision how I am going to do it! This class is amazing!

On a side note- John in the background is such a stand-up guy! I love the rapport you have with him. I've seen him in on a few Creative Live courses now and he's a kind of guy I just want sit down and have a coffee with, and pick his very informative brain! Such a cool fella!
