Great class, I like how Khara not only shows you what to do, but also shows alternate ways and why she does it the way she is showing.

This was an amazing class! If you have any interest in typography or graphic design, you cannot go wrong with taking Timothy Samara's class on typography. Not only is it highly informative, but Timothy is also very entertaining (yes, in a class on typography!).

Wonderful class. I have a much better understanding of how to use text in my work. I will be revisiting this class, I am sure! Highly recommend it.

Ilene has long experience that she shared in this course. She has sharp eyes on details of typography. She has also demonstrated the software usage to fine tune type. I would highly recommend this class if you are a graphic design.

Wonderful course! I enjoyed it from the beginning until the end, just like the fundamentals course. I wish there was even more of her. Hopefully in the future.

This was a very informative course. I liked how it was structured and the explanations that were given. I learned a lot and I started to look at fonts in a much different way than I used to.

A really helpful lesson to refresh my knowledge and learn some new lessons. I took a lot of new tips and tricks out of this course to teach my eye on typography and fasten my workflow. Really well explained, thank you! Highly recommend it to everyone who wants to improve on typography.

i used to do programs and newsletters for a NFP agency and i spent many hours into the night working on Aldus programs/ ha.. So i went back to school and said oh i can skip design 101 -- look at all this stuff i did. lo and behold and so glad the art dept chair said .. ummm maybe start with the 101 anyway. sure glad i did.

Kahra does an excellent job of conveying what could be boring material by using real life teaching. I learned so much and the course instilled a desire to use the techniques and learn more about typography. Thanks for the great lessons and the enjoyable course!

As a photographer, it's important to me to have the online presence and marketing materials that represent my brand. Surprisingly to myself, one of the biggest struggles has been picking fonts that would work well together and create the mood I'm looking for. I am so grateful for this course. It's very well organized and in depth. You don't know what you don't know until you start looking, I'm only a couple lessons in, and feeling way more confident and clear on what may or may not work for me.

I learned so much I am thankful for Ilene's list. Love her loved this typography class.
The last hour of content with Gerard Huerta really took away my desire to watch the content and in the end took away from the Typography class. I would remove it. (insert mouth noise here!)
