So I'm gonna call this resiliency 2.0 because I'm gonna use some relatively new neuroscience to talk about how we can develop greater resiliency. But first, I have some bad news for you. It's never going to be this slow again. Today is the slowest day of the rest of your life. If you're operating in this misconstrued conception that tomorrow or the next day or the next week you're going to get your arms around the speed of things and use technology to slow stuff down and get ahead of stuff, no technology actually is going to continue to make it worse.
