My data audience, that's bring your hands two sides and kind of swear yourself down to your chairs. That was just made up. I'm just shake it out, give you some high five. You're awesome. I was thinking about that when I was saying to you that I want to know what happened to me when I was in my perfect perfectionistic mindset. How I never have to say that word again for the rest of the day is not happening today on I was an instructor. What I realized is I spent so much of my time actually wanting my my members to be perfect. But I want everyone to on the same leg and it was so not about them. It was about how I was perceiving what was happening in that room, and it really separated me. And it was not. I was not being of service. I mean, I waas but limited. It was holding me back and again when we get in that mind set, when you get stuck at home when you're not feeling courageous, you're not feeling resilient. Get up and move Just five minutes. I'm thinking it changes everything from sitting to standing to some figure eight ing some to death. Just getting sounds like what it sounds like. But we're a verb. Whatever it is, move your body, move your breath, move your thoughts. I know that it doesn't have to be perfect to be absolutely amazing and be of service in this world
