Terrific class with unique eye opening content. This class applies for any Dev. hiring team, whether startups or large, established companies. I recommend this training tool to anyone wanting to help others improve their own interviewing skill set and build dynamic hiring processes / plans.

3/5 Watched live. There may have not been a magic bullet to interviews or new ideas from Gayle, but you will get a great overview of the interview process and various options for types of interviews (e.g., pairing interviews). Found a few ideas really strange (actual interviewers not in the decision process) but understandable. Two mock interviews were done, but I would have liked to see more examples of questions. This however, made the class compact and information-dense. Gayle is very knowledgeable but was spoke quickly and was a bit hard to understand at times. Really enjoyed guest speaker Ben.

Gayle and the guest speakers did a excellent job. My only thought is if we can incorporate more questions from people on chat. Some had good questions but never received the response.

This class was exactly as billed - I received in depth knowledge of how to create great developer interviews. Gayle was very organized and presented her info in a dynamic, inter-active environment. It was really great to be part of the studio audience.
