I really love how Michael and Amy guide and teach people. They have tons of energy and transmit everything on a very enthusiastic way. Yes, Yes and Yes. I would recommend Michael Port in any broadcast that he does. Michael is genuine, knows his stuff and he is funny. I've watched Michael over the years and have noticed that he is sensitive to people's feelings - especially when he invites a member of the audience to come up front for a demonstration. Michael will never embarrass you. In fact, Michael goes out of his way to show you that he is just as human as you are! Yes, Michael has made mistakes along the way--and he uses his mistakes to teach you how not to make the same silly mistakes that he has made in the past. A very down-to-earth fellow and I am so glad that he has teamed up with Ms Amy. I watched the two of them work together for over a couple years now, and wondered if they would ever get together. Each is very good at the skills they teach. Perhaps most important, is that Michael is present in the moment to help you be the best you that you can be!

As creatives, should we only focus on perfecting our craft?, we tend to look on what can we improve of it. I was not the exception, although the title of this course really bought me, and I immediately found I could take benefit from it, boy was I amazed. I did not know of Michael Port's work, but after taking this course I'm just looking for more content from him. This class delivers massive value for us as creatives as part of our work is also related to convey a message, reach an audience, speak in public, convince people and move them to take action, whether it is purchasing a product, subscribe to a list, or contract us. Do not keep wondering why everyone who have watched this course speaks positively about it an take it yourself. Great investment you wont regret.

I was introduced to Michael Port's work through a podcast he was a guest on. I immediately bought his book 'Steal the Show', which is excellent. This course extends those lessons through video, which is invaluable for something like performing/speaking. I learned a ton. Took tons of notes. Rehearsed at home along with the class. Gamechanger. Michael and Amy were awesome. A must for anyone serious about improving communication skills and connecting better with others.

Absolutely wonderful class! Well worth the time to watch it. I learned so many things that will help me to become a heroic public speaker! I am new to speaking and have my first speaking presentation very soon and this training has made the thought of getting up in front of others , so much easier. Wow.. When I first stumbled across Michaels videos I thought “this guy is almost TOO good.” The free information was so helpful that I rationalized with myself that I didn't have to sign up for the course, at least not right away. Eventually after my procrastination period I bought the class and was pleasantly reassured of my purchase. The content inside was just as valuable and fun! Not only that, watching the transformations of the students as they practiced their speeches was simply amazing. Michael and Amy work great with each other and have put together a top notch experience with Heroic Public Speaking.

Probably one of the best public speaking training I've ever received. I always have difficulty giving a speech without notes. I am currently practising (rehearsing, as I've learned through this training) and because of the rhythm on key words and making the speech more conversational in nature, I find it a lot easier to go through the speech (in rehearsal so far) without notes. I am really anxious of giving this speech without notes so that I can more easily put my emotions, feelings and body language into the delivery.

I finally finished the videos. I've learnt so much from Michael & Amy throughout this class. The educational and structural material was very helpful, I'd definitely say that the biggest take away for me was that public speaking is really a "PERFORMANCE". The performance aspect of all this is something that's rarely ever spoken about and this has had a huge impact on me. I don't have fear of speaking in front of people, but i do have a fear of performing! I'm excited to take all the things i've learnt here and transform my "PERFORMANCE" :)) Thanks!!

Awesome course. I follow Michael Port and his BYS system and I was pleased to see he is sharing also his professional acting experience/tips to help us creating and delivering public speeches. This course is different from what you find on the market: both Amy and Michael are professional trained actors and they share lots of insiders tips (contrast, blocking, the importance of storytelling, rehearsing, etc). A true gem and great course. I hope they will do more with creative live in the future. this course (like the BYS) is highly recommended.
