Most creatives are introverts. They tend to enjoy measured interactions with chosen people, while extroverts don’t care, and find energy by being around anyone. In this class, Stefan will share exercises for improving your creativity and interactions using improv.

You'll Learn: • How to overcome inhibition • Creative connection • How to generate ideas with improv • Creative problem solving

Stefan does a great job showing the principles of Improv and how to implement them. But I think the students should be much more positive then they are. Be much more playful and creative and less dark and critical.

This a very cool class, it changed how I think about brainstorming and explains why I never liked it. This class is short but full of info, it would work for individuals but probably better for groups (or at least pairs). He gives selected exercises to illustrate the point he is trying to make and try it out. Really well laid out, easy to follow very insightful about human behaviour.
