I loved everything about this class!! It was so obvious by the handling and the way you interacted with the puppies how much care and thought goes into the artwork you created. I'm so excited to put all of your ideas into my own creativity. Thank you for providing me with the inspiration to move forward with pet photography!
For the most part i enjoyed this class but was very disappointed that the last segment was on selling their book rather than perhaps talking about where the particular wraps and posing bag could be purchased. As a photographer that would be a big part of what i would need to have rather than about a book that they were promoting.
loved watching this. what age would u suggest sessions are done at?
I am not a photographer. I do compositing using Photoshop and was interested in seeing how they set up and pose such lively subjects. Such care was taken with the puppies and I learned a lot about getting just the right poses using different setups like muslin, bowls, etc. For compositing, it's important to know what you are looking for in order to bring images together correctly. This course, besides being fun to watch, has helped me, even if my images don't wiggle as much as these puppies.
Just loved this class on photographing puppies. I've been doing it for years, but am always looking for new tips and ideas. I have always wanted to do a book with several different breeds and am inspired to get to work on one soon. Thanks again to Kelly Brown for sharing her expertise and knowledge with us. Can't wait to see what she has for us next time.
Very helpful info on posing lively puppies, puppy safety, lighting and camera settings. I'd love to know what type of studio light you're using inside of the big softbox. Thanks.
