    :) Great course about how to be a custumer focused company. Concentrate more on your current customers (satisfaction) and how to build longterm relationships (with repeat) business. Only watched a small portion of the course and already seeing a lot of value in the course. This course help build a good relationship with your customers. Which I believe is even more important then focussing on getting new clients in.

    I watched a replay of this course in November, 2017. It's incredible it's still such a current and updated course, even though the lessons were shot in 2013. Very deep content, told in a very light, fun and assertive way. Wonderful examples that inspire action and hands-on tips that you can apply immediately for every kind of businesses. Best in-studio audience ever.

    Joey! I just tuned in as this course is up on 'free on air' today. I just wanted to listen to a little over my lunch break, um I can't stop listening in the background because he is so engaging and his points make you stop and think about your business!     If you're looking for speakers discussing marketing and sales, I'd suggest taking a time out and watching this lesson. While you can pour time and cash into marketing and sales, if your not keeping your customers happy, then what has it all been for? If you really want to take your marketing and sales to the next level, start with the client experience. Happy customers who become fans will provide better marketing than you could every write for yourself (plus other people will believe it, because it isn't you talking about how great you are, it's someone else talking about how great you are!) And those fans generate referrals by the boatload. And all you have to do is be great at what you do, and make sure your clients' or customers' expectations are managed well, and then exceeded. Joey will teach you how to do this. As a side note, we've made this course part of our onboarding process, so every new hire watches this complete lesson within the first two weeks of their tenure with us, it's that much a core part of our philosophy.     Honestly, this workshop should be declared World Heritage. Please just purchase this. It doesn't just turn your customers into your fans, but it will ultimately turn you into a better person, your marriage into an even better relationship, your children into happier kids, your friendships and relationships will just bloom-explode, and the world will be a much, much, much enjoyable and saner place to live in. It is that transversally applicable. My suggestion? If you love someone, gift them this course whether they have customers or not.

    Joey does a fantastic job of presenting a research-based approach to customer experience management and strategic new customer onboarding.     This course is by far one of the best courses I have come across in a long time. NO ONE is teaching this. Everyone seems to be about attracting traffic, converting to clients, etc. But no one is working the other side of the equation - the answer to "Great! I've got a client! Now what?" Until now! Joey Coleman totally rawked this training to the core. He outlines a very specific system that anyone can utilize no matter what your business is! I had never even heard of this guy before Creative Live "introduced" him to me! It is the first course that I purchased from Creative Live just because what I saw in the live stream was so valuable and I couldn't catch it all!
