The course fee includes the exam cost (with a free retake) and proctoring at no additional charge. You will also receive a free retake of the class, two hours of private tutoring in MS Word, and the official Microsoft Word Specialist Exam Study Guide. There is an option to replace the exam with one additional hour of private tutoring.
