Photoshop and Lightroom for Landscape Photographers with Matt Kloskowski

Creative Live is way too Apple-centric when the majority of the world are Windows/Android users. This is a good course but not worth anywhere near the price they are asking. This goes for the majority of the editing classses which are, on average, six to seven years old.

I'm a big fan of Matt because what he teaches is practical without belabor the basics. (He starts from the beginning but assumes you can pick it up without repeating himself three times.)

Great class Matt! I am about two-thirds the way through the class and have learned a lot about Lightroom and the objective of this course. I must admit I was over-whelmed by the amount of material covered and that was probably due to not having prior knowledge about Lightroom. I have since signed up for the 7 day trial of Adobe Creative Cloud Photography plan and then went through their "beginner's" tutorial. If you are contemplating taking this course, I would highly recommend taking the Adobe Lightroom tutorials first. They cleared up a lot of confusion on my part and I now have a better understanding of the concepts Matt covered. I'm actually going to go back and retake what I viewed to help reinforce both what Matt initially covered and the basic concepts tutorials offered by Adobe. Again, great job Matt and thanks for all the useful information!

I do learn a lot from Matt - and have learned a lot from this class. I too agree with some other comments - whilst I love the presets you used, (not the third party ones as mentioned above, I don't have these either and would rather see those in LR) and thank you for supplying them - what would be grand would be a class on creating presets - particularly for brush/grad filter presets

Recommend with caveats. The tile of this class says Photoshop and Lightroom. Matt needs to stay out of his other editing tools from the company for which he works. I bought this course because I own LR and PS. I don't own the others, so why do I want to be instructed on them in a class? The waterfall class really annoyed me.

Matt has an easy going style that is very clear to understand and the information he has provided in this class is invaluable to me and has motivated me to get out there again and photograph landscapes. A great course!!!!

One has to love Matt's style of teaching. Being a former elementary/middle school teacher for 40+ years, I know what makes a great teacher. He is it. His lessons and explanations are simple and to the point. Also, enjoy all the extra info he throws in free of charge. be sure to take this class.

I really enjoy Matt's presentation skills. He is easy and fun to watch and is very good at explaining his workflow and reasoning behind it.

Matt has a very easy-going and engaging way of communicating the concepts and tools that he uses. No segment seems too lengthy and that makes it easier to sit down and complete in a reasonable time. The presets that are included are very worthwhile. In fact, I went over to his website, which is excellent and ordered his preset package. Anytime Matt has a course, I'm interested! Hope to see him back her soon.

I met Matt last year in New York at the Photo Expo..Great guy on and off camera. He took the time from his lunch to answer questions.. I enjoyed this webinar and I have also learned a great deal from his 12months of On1 videos. Keep up the good work Matt.

This was a great class with step after step real world landscape photo editing techniques. Matt explained everything clearly and did not gloss over the basics. I had to buy the class and separate presets to make my editing faster.

Excellent! Best and most practical LR in use course I've seen. Matt is an excellent teacher.

Matt is the best and he his the same in person. I had the fortunate opportunity to run into Matt on the side of the road at Dallas Divide in Colorado a couple of years ago.... he is the real deal. I have learned almost all my LR post processing from him when he was with Kelby and have continued to follow him over to On1 as he is the best teacher out there when it comes to Post. I really enjoyed this class with Matt today! I am a portrait and landscape photographer with a favoritism toward landscape.
