Comprehensive, well-organized, evidence- and experience-based. Amazing! Thank you very much!

I just purchased this class a couple weeks ago and, as a former psychology major who still experiences big-time procrastination, her class really made an impact on me with little things anyone can easily do. I know very well that it takes work, repetition, pattern to become habit and that we CAN make behavioural adjustments in that manner. I'm very much looking forward to the next few weeks ahead! The breathing exercises and 'tricks' to stop and be mindful and take stock of 'what is the data?' of a situation weighed against "what are my expectations of the situation?" are all great! Definitely recommending!

Really resonate with material and presentation. Cynthia's physical presence and bearing convey a gentle, warm authority. One bit of feedback that may be unique to me is that when her voice lilts and goes up higher I have a physiological reaction like fingernails on a chalkboard. Studies show that women can respond negatively to higher voices so maybe that's it. Love the phrase, "busy-brained."

Blown away. Put everything on hold for the day to watch this! Thank you Cynthia!

Thank you so much, the HOST! I did have gone to bed when Cynthia was answering my question. Whatever you define it, culture difference or parents-children thinking gap, it's still hard for me to stand up for myself and keep the balance between having the cross-cultural relationship and being a good Asian daughter. Thank you anyways. I will try those tips to keep myself away from the stress created by others. :)

Cindy is a woman of integrity. She is one of the most inspirational" healing to the soul" speakers that I have listened to in a very long while. There were so many beautiful nuggets of wisdom that changed my thinking. So thankful for the blessing she has been in my life today!!

Cynthia introduces a refreshing new way to view stress and mechanisms to deal with stress when it comes up. There have been so many fundamental take-aways, right off the top of my head: self-doubt -- "It's the brain's JOB" to question when you're making new decisions. Breaking new ground will ALWAYS bring up the doubt. My decision is to acknowledge this vital contribution of my inner critic. In the past my acknowledgement of the critic was a very dismissive "thanks, now go away" But I realize now this part of me is really genuinely considered with my well-being. I will now really consider what my doubting thomas/critic has to say. I will greet her warmly and quell her worries by taking a moment to reevaluate and perhaps check in with my gut and my ego and see if I'm off track. And I'll tell her what my decision is and I'll tell her that I really appreciate how she has become my greatest ally. Thank you Cynthia. I'll be staying close to your work in the future. :)
