i am only in 1 lesson but i love it. I got a plan to follow for a long term
I am only in lesson 3 but loving it. I recently had a bad foot injury that the surgeon wanted to operate on. I was lucky to find a biokinesiologist who fixed the foot over the course of several month. But many of the things he does are actually in this course - awesome! On the negative side, I think the info about Kelly should be updated. The website MobilityWOD doesn't even exist any more. That leaves a very unprofessional taste. The new site is thereadystate.com
Wow. Mr. Starrett is quite brilliant. I so wish I had seen this and lived this when it came out a decade ago. Brilliant.
I never considered the importance of Range of Motion until this course. This course really makes you second look at body movement esp if you are an athlete, see his theory on the tunnel.

Watch the class and was enlightened to my issues of pain in foot and back and will apply where I can. Would of liked to see more actual posture correction methods. Kelly is a confident guy with today comic style, but will follow him. enjoyed the collaborative group here. DS

I have viewed this course many times and it is totally life changing. I am a high-level athletics coach and a senior Black belt and Kelly's teaching have helped me combine my knowledge and made me a better coach. If you don't get this, then watch it again it will improve the rest of your lives.
I use this class as reference to my new approach to health and fitness. That is fantastic about Kelly and his guests in this class is the paradigm shift on integrating good posture and habits throughout our everyday lives, not only at the gym. As a photographer, I spend a lot of time in bad posture, be it holding a camera or sitting for hours in photoshop, and this class provides a blue print to effectively changing those habits with simple tools and exercises. Can't recommend this highly enough.
Kelly Starett's thinking on mobility and optimal human movement is vital. You will benefit from this course whether you are a top athlete or have never stepped foot in a gym. Fantastic course!
A great primer to taking your physical health into your own hands. Good overarching theory on body maintenance, along with some specific instruction to illustrate technique. Could easily pay for itself if it saves you one physio visit.
This class single-handedly changed my life. A warning: Once you watch it, you will never live the same again. You start to notice your posture more. You want to move better. If you don't follow a regular mobility routine now, you will. You will be weirdly excited by the idea of "increasing the proprioception in your fascias". Simply said, watch it. Your body will thank you for it.

Excellent working manual for the body, taught in a clear manner with plenty of hands on exercises. You will feel better after taking this course. I'd like to suggest that a "recommended equipment" pack/list be set up, as that would let people get the most benefit out of it from the first time they see it. Great work, I'd like to see more.

Really amazing collection of thinkers - Jill Miller was the bait for me to tune in, but I found each presenter offering a wealth of logical, well organized information that is relevant for my own body, the yoga students I teach, the clients I have that come to physical therapy, and for the evolution of how we think about health and optimal living potential. Thanks for bringing each presenter to me!
I've been foam rolling/lacrosse ball smashing for over a year. Been dealing with L hip joint pain for months and none of the mobility stuff was helping. Then KStarr started the segment on joint distraction. Ten minutes of hip joint distraction, and I'm now pain-free...even while SQUATTING!!!!!!!!!
I can only agree! Ordered book, been checking youtube and so on... helped me very much with my own progress in crossfit and my clients working as a personal trainer.
