This class was MEANT TO BE PARTICPANT LED - that was obvious to me from the outset, everyone there had different products that they wanted to showcase somewhere, and were asking a very experienced lady Kristen Rask a massive variety of questions, that were not fully thought out prior to the event! So it could not have been a 1 size fits all experience for anyone. SO NO it was not a COURSE ! In fact a lot of the questions asked were complete raw newbie to any business type of questions. She answered everyone as best she could based on her experiences without making them feel uncomfortable as newbies. As for the lady complaining about the sound/buffering it was her own internet causing that issue - nothing to do with Creative Live, once again a raw newbie. Sorry but I would rate Kristen Rask's performance here as an advisor as very helpful to those who participated in asking questions, bearing in mind those questions were specific to the individual participants and the responses can only be as good on the fly as the questions that were asked. The only improvement that could happen in this case is for people to fill in a questionnaire few days prior to the Q & A session for Kristen to address when it was aired live. My rating for Kristen was 90% as it stands, but had this been planned thoughtfully by the Creative Live team in advance as a Q & A, then it would be 100%. I don't feel this has been very fair to Kristen, her knowledge and skills obviously far exceeds the opportunity she was given.., and the participants had the wrong type of expectation from Kristen, and most were not prepared at all, so the questions while being specific to their business idea, had not been prepared or fully fleshed out.

I listened to this with an open mind and I'm totalllllly green to it all. I truly felt as though this was not for the "newbie" I personally needed something that brought me from a-z. Sorry, I thought the speaker was interesting but I prefer a step 1,2,3...... to get a newbie started

Whoever is editing the audio is cutting it out completely when there's a break in speech. It happens over and over all throughout the class and that is very distracting and unpleasant. Especially for a sound engineer :) Makes it so stressful to keep watching. I've noticed it in several videos. Please stop doing that. It's super annoying :D

I learned some great hacks and tricks. Going to carve my pumpkin this year with more enthusiasm! BTW something I thought might be helpful is to push pins to hold stencil designs on pumpkin since tape doesn't work.

Thank you for the time and effort it took to make this class available. Usually panel discussions do not offer alot of value ...but that was not the case. The moderator did a great job with questions that had substance and value.

Fantastic panel. Tons of great practical tips.

It is a short class yet totally worth watching it! Kiffanie is a lovely instructor and the topic she covers is very important. I did not look for this kind of workshop on CL, came across it by chance yet it was exactly what I've been wanting to know for quite some time. I especially appreciate that she emphasizes making the documents easy to read as I find it is so difficult to read those complex legal docs at various websites. Also a plus that material is probably easy to apply to any country as it is more about psychological part of trust as well.

Almost skipped this lesson and I am so happy I didn't. Good information I did not know! It takes almost an hour if that long to learn something that will not only grow your business but save your booty in the long run.

A MA ZING!

Great class on what is normally a dry subject - especially with regard to creating Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for a business website. Kiffanie talks about why these are important to have, and provides guidance on how to create very basic versions of both. She also provides helpful advice on other things business owners can do to increase trust - such as purchasing an SSL certificate for your website and other helpful things. Short and sweet, clearly laid out - great class.

I'm in love really with art ,craft ,colours, everything related to papers stamping writing party preparation, celebration wedding everything over and over things that course will be definitely increase my ability to innovate more and more ... thanks a lot for that free course with massive information love my heart to close to my heart

This video had some really good and cool ideas/techniques, however, you should do a zoom into the tools when you show them. I'd like to see close up the shape of each tool you demonstrated. Otherwise, it was fun!

This class really surprised me ! I learned a lot of things I never thought using in my business! She explains very well and we know how to implement this new information in our business at the end of the class!

great presentation - laid out in a very straightforward way how the website legal requirements need to work. very clear language and gave an overview of the content - so helpful and I am very thankful.
